Under the general supervision of the Manufacturer Operations and Secure Supply Chain leadership, this role involves analyzing and enhancing the effectiveness of current supply chain processes related to supply chain activities. Job Details Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $165,000.00.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:**

**Work Experience:**
+ 3+ years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, with significant time spent managing Asia-based procurement and co-manufacturing.
**Knowledge & Skills:**

+ Proven success in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.

The Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is the focal point for all supply chain activities. The planner develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth and sustainment. The planner supports execution of programs and coordination of new program / product launches. SCP monitors key performance indicators, analyzes performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
The Supply Chain Planner optimizes how supply chain management interfaces with manufacturing systems. SCP will plan, prepare, issue and control material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule. Planner will support risk management activities impacting the value chain working with cross-functional teams. The planner ensures that shipments are accomplished to maintain contract/internal delivery commitments. SCP will utilize system and process tools to achieve program / functional goals.
