**The Overnight Crossdock Warehouse Manager oversees nightly operations to ensure all processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for managing employee time, maintaining professional conduct, and driving performance through training, development, and accountability. The manager ensures KPIs and metrics are consistently met, collaborates closely with senior leadership and safety teams, and guarantees all client contractual obligations are fulfilled. + Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
+ Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 to $70,000 based on experience

**Summary**
The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our 3PL warehouse facility. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 20–50 employees, ensuring efficient workflows, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
