**Role Summary**
The Senior Equipment Foreman will provide routine and non-routine management of day-to-day equipment operations. This position will be responsible for leading one or more functions of the Blue Hat field operations, which may include delivery, warehousing, service, and hoisting. In addition, the Senior Equipment Foreman will work with other Blue Hat team members to accurately account for work performed and revenue is billed by their respective team. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

**Key Role Responsibilities - Core**
_EQUIPMENT FOREMAN FAMILY - CORE_
+ Manages one or more equipment trade labor specialties within their assigned operations.
+ Oversees and performs deliveries and pick-ups of equipment and material to and from jobsites, vendors, and other Blue Hat Operations centers, utilizing both company delivery vehicles and outside carriers.
+ Determines and oversees the distribution schedule for local Blue Hat Operations to include jobsite deliveries/returns and incoming equipment and material orders.
+ Oversees maintenance of all equipment and inventory fleet by internal mechanics or external repair facilities.
+ Provides timely response through phone calls from internal and external customers and vendors.
+ Ensures work is accurately documented related to equipment movement, repair and maintenance, operational costs, employee timesheets.
+ Responsible for and ensuring DOT compliance and administration by properly maintaining DOT records, ensuring drivers maintain daily logs and time off is taken accordingly, and reviewing driving records for regulatory requirements.
+ Ensures that all delivery and service vehicles are well maintained and clean.
+ Oversees the organization and maintenance of their respective warehouse facility.
+ Assists with inventory and fleet cycle counts and controls.
+ Provides Blue Hat Operations with recommended job chargeable repair activities.
+ Makes recommendations to Blue Hat Operations to ensure appropriate inventory levels and equipment readiness.
+ Communicates and makes recommendations to Blue Hat Operations for fleet/inventory purchases and rotations.
+ Proactively alerts management on issues involving policy, operating procedures, and legal issues related to Blue Hat Operations.
+ Actively participates in the continuous improvement plan by identifying inefficiencies in the current process, suggesting solutions, and implementing improvements.
+ Supports all aspects of the company's safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff as needed.
**Key Role Responsibilities - Additional Core**
_SENIOR EQUIPMENT FOREMAN_
In addition, this position will be responsible for the following:
+ Makes operational decisions in support of broader financial goals and constraints.
+ Provides input to the Blue Hat Operations team in developing an annual budget.
+ Coordinates with internal staff to ensure billing information is accurate and timely.
+ Utilizes key operational reports to independently make business decisions/suggestions in achieving the overall business objectives and key strategic initiatives.
+ Establishes and communicates schedule of work based on appropriate prioritization.
+ Conducts quality control checks of all equipment associated with their respective scope of work.
+ Identifies and schedules additional training for all drivers, mechanics and operators as required.
+ Ensures all maintenance, usage, and repairs are conducted in accordance with the manufacturers' guidelines and specifications.

+ Capable of operating a forklift or other distribution equipment

+ Demonstrated ability to identify common construction materials and equipment
+ Ability to provide excellent customer service through positive interaction with customers
+ Comprehensive knowledge of equipment rental operations including warehouse organization, storage of inventory/equipment, maintenance and repair, and order fulfillment process from start to finish
+ Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally

+ High School/GED or equivalent (Required)

As a Supply Chain Planning Intern, you’ll be part of our North America Supply Planning team, supporting initiatives that improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain performance. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real data, collaborate across departments, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in demand and supply planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites

Job DescriptionAbout the role:
In this role, the intern has the opportunity to assist and learn key aspects of O-I business in the area of Supply Chain. Assignments and duties are driven by business needs in all four areas of Supply Chain and will vary given business needs. Assignments could include one or more projects within the following areas: Buying and Expediting, Invoice Resolution (root cause analysis), Market Intelligence for Sourcing events, Spend Analysis, Master Data Analysis, Material Inventory Tracking, Procurement and Business Process Reviews, Freight tendering, Transportation spend data analysis, and more.
Reporting Relationships: The position reports to the Logistics/Procurement Leader
This is a hybrid position , offering a mix of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility to support your success and development.
During the internship, you’ll:
- Learn fundamental business processes including; plant procurement, freight tendering, data analysis, inventory tracking, and production order management
- Be asked to lead smaller projects. Provide updates, escalate issues and make improvement recommendations to management. Projects may include:
- Create and maintain key Supply Chain KPI’s including: inventory, service, forecast accuracy, etc.
- Maintain and create manufacturing production schedules for production facilities.
- Perform ad hoc supply chain analyses
The Supply Chain (Procurement/Logistics) Intern should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and organized work style to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to adapt in fast-changing environment
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Detail oriented work style with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- You're pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (logistics, purchasing/sourcing, operations, and transportation)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required.
- Previous internships considered a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. (O-I does not sponsor working visas for internships).
- Targeted graduation date range: December 2026 and May 2027
