**Who will you be working with?**
L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor or MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. We are looking for a motivated individual looking to learn and expand their skills and knowledge to join our Warehouse team. This position works directly with many departments throughout the company including but not limited to Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Production Engineering. Outside of L&M's team in-house, this position works directly with outside vendors and delivery personnel.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a member of the Warehouse Department, you will be responsible for expediting orders to shop and maintaining inventory control. This role supports both office personnel as well as the production floor by receiving, inspecting, and directing materials as they come in while communicating with the necessary parties. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
This position rotates shifts every other week on days and afternoons. Day shift operates Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm. Afternoon operates Monday through Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm. OT is possible depending on production needs.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 1-year experience in a related field.
+ Current Driver's License.
+ Proficient with MS Excel and Word applications.
+ Shipping & Receiving experience.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Put up orders for shop.
+ Keep inventory control and documentation.
+ Unload vendor supplies and materials and put items in proper storage areas, record receivables and documents.
+ Keep warehouse and parts cage clean and orderly.
+ Notify Quality personnel of receivables.
+ Order day-to-day items from purchasing and make purchase requisitions.
+ Manually ensure accurate counts of shipments.
+ Coordinate with shipping clerk to expedite shipments.
+ Assist in other areas of production as needed, if qualified.
+ Perform work in a safe manner and follows all safety guidelines and procedure.
+ Domestic and international travel possible depending on the project.
+ Perform related work and other duties as required by supervisor.
**What about the physical demands of the job?**
+ Wear correct PPE - earplugs, protective eye wear, steel-toed boots, and work provided uniform (gloves when necessary).
+ Lift a minimum of 50lbs.
+ Stand on concrete for 8-10 hours.
+ Work in high heat conditions.
+ Practice and maintain safe work conditions.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for Entry Level:**
+ Regular and reliable attendance.
+ Basic knowledge of steel materials and bolts.
+ Material handling and packaging.
+ Organizational skills.
+ Use of hand tools.
+ Exposure to blueprint reading.
+ Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and semi loads.
+ Use various measuring devices.
+ Work and communicate effectively with others.
+ Understand and carry out simple oral and written instructions.
+ Self-motivated, work with little supervision.
+ Knowledge and proficiency of math skills.
+ Must have good computer skills and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.
+ Ability to communicate, in English, effectively and clearly by both written and verbal means.
+ Ability to pass a pre-employment written math test, physical, drug and background test.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system.
+ Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

The hourly range for this role is between $21.00 - $28.50. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE :
- Deftly navigate through Warehouse Management System
- Basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation is a plus
- Experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners is a plus
ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., drug screen and background check).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL/VISUAL DEMANDS:
- Work is heavy in nature. Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
- Must be able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
- Forklift operation requires the ability to hear warehouse activity.
- Must be able to read at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm’s length with or without correction. Forklift operation requires distance vision.
- Correctly identify and record lot and serial numbers.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Activities occur both inside (protected from weather conditions but not temperature changes) and outside.
- Employee is subjected to extreme cold during freezer work. LSL provides PPE to ensure employee safety.
- Hazardous conditions may exist, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and working in high places.

Van's Home Center is looking for Warehouse Personnel to join our team at our Auburn location! You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. Ideally, you like working in a fast-paced environment that offers something new every day, and have a knack for following instructions and organizational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize new products delivered to the warehouse
- Pulling and organizing products and materials that are needed daily for customer deliveries and pick ups
- Transferring items between our main warehouse and offsite warehouse
- Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse, including inventory tasks
- Transferring items to the sales floor and assembling items for the sales floor as needed
- Inspecting products for damages and unboxing or assembling products as needed prior to customer delivery
- Ensuring all organizational and inventory tracking processes are followed
- Assisting the Warehouse team and Delivery crews as needed, under the instruction of the Warehouse managers and/or the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to life 50+ pounds
- Able to be on your feet for the majority of the day
- Be a fast worker, capable of keeping organized and following instruction/processes
- Holding a valid drivers license
- Forklift certification is a plus
