- Obtain supplier documentation such as certificates of compliance, sterility, and analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with demand planners to align supply with forecasts and identify potential gaps or risks
- Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams to align supply with business needs
- Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure compliance with requirements
- Write and issue Change Notices for new or modified products
Process Improvement & Systems
- Maintain and update lead times, safety stock, and planning parameters for accuracy
- Identify and mitigate supply risks and bottlenecks proactively
- Support procurement automation as part of the companys Digital Transformation initiatives
- Utilize Syspro ERP and Atlas by John Galt MRP tools to manage supply planning processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance planning, supply reliability, and cost reduction
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of supply planning, procurement, or related supply chain experience in CPG, cGMP, or medical product environments
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Syspro and/or Atlas by John Galt preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and comfort with complex datasets
Core Competencies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design and configuration of the Planning solutions (Network S&OP, VMI, CPFR).
Design and development of enhancements, interfaces and reports objects for Planning solutions.
Function Unit testing and integration testing of end to end solution.
Work with business partners to understand requirements and support UAT.
Work with developers to communicate solution and resolve issues in development and QA environment
QualificationsREQUIRED:
5+ years experience with implementing Supply Chain Demand and Supply Planning solutions including VMI and CPFR.
5+ years experience in Design and Configuration of Planning systems (JDA S&OP, SAP APO/EIS or other Planning solutions).
5+ years experience in Supply Chain data analysis to measure business performance and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
5+ years experience in design and configuration of JDA S&OP, SAP APO or other Supply Chain Planning Systems.
5+ years experience to build test scripts for functional unit testing and system integration testing (including test automation tools).
5+ years experience with Oracle database with knowledge of SQL.
5+ years experience in development of functional specifications for interfaces, reports and conversions.
Knowledge of scripting languages preferred (PL/SQL, Python etc.).
Knowledge of DevOps and Agile software development methodologies.
