Purpose:

Performs customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner
• Assists the Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory
• Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments
• Monitors shortages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Manager
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
• May supply service technicians with parts as required

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Fork lift license preferred

Responsibilities
Position Summary: The Warehouse Safety Professional is responsible for oversight of Construction Project Safety, Health (S&H), and Risk Management, effectively managing multiple Safety programs, developing and implementing M.C. Dean site-specific project safety plans, and collaborating with Project Management in the implementation and leadership of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) process.
+ Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
+ Solutions are imaginative, thorough and practical.
+ Coordinate with General Contractor (GC) and/or owner of general site conditions and/or Non-Compliance Notice (NCN)
+ Participate in meetings with customers, project team members, and contractors/sub-contractors to advise of project-specific mitigation plans, S&H training programs, and technical reports
+ Assist with the development and implementation of Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans to meet project safety plan specs and requirements
+ Assist with site safety budgets, necessary safe work permits and assure compliance with project contract, plans, and specifications
+ Lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team in reviewing, interpreting, and developing a project safety plan based on project, client/owner, Program Manager, and General Contractor (GC) specifications, design drawings, regulations, and existing safety system
+ Conduct / assist with incident / investigation reporting.
+ Knowledge of safety and health standards, rules, regulations
+ Working knowledge of safe work practices, accident investigation techniques, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, insurance audits, workers compensation, project health surveys, Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), site emergency evacuation and first aid plans
+ Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office suite, including Share Point
Qualifications
Position / Candidate Requirements:
+ 8+ years with a high school diploma
+ 6+ years with an Associates Degree
+ 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree
+ Experience conducting S&H training, Regulatory compliance expert/1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1 Safety Management Systems knowledge, skill and experience ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100
+ Understanding of culture and culture building skills Trainer Designation - OSHA 500/502 - Safety and Health / Occupational Safety degree from an ABET accredited program
+ Willingness to pursue Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
+ Previous electrical / construction / industrial /federal and commercial S&H experience

Our client, a key player in the logistics and warehousing sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to join their team in Boise, Idaho, US . This vital role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory data within the warehouse. You will be instrumental in implementing and enforcing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies. Key responsibilities include managing inventory systems, tracking stock movements, analyzing inventory levels, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to minimize loss and obsolescence. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of inventory management principles, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies. Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment is preferred. You should be adept at data analysis, problem-solving, and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and other departments. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.

Compensation Details:

Team members earn $18.75 up to $1.00 per hour base pay (includes shift differentials and premiums) plus up to 5.03/hr in incentive pay based on performance.

Our Jackson County, GA distribution center is looking for Warehouse Specialists to add to our team as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing product fulfillment services to our Ace Retailers and their communities. In this role, you will work as a part of a Values-Driven Culture team to service Ace Retailers by warehousing Ace merchandise and fulfilling orders, including responsibilities in Receiving, Stocking, Order Filling, and Shipping:

* Receiving: Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload freight, and process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.


* Stocking: Use of RF Scanner to resupply bins, and maintain inventory freight in preparation of order picking while on foot or reach lift.

Eligibility and Requirements

* Minimum of 18 years of age


* Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time


* Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly, and lift/carry up to 50lbs


* Availability on weekends and holidays may be required


* Be a safety champion and actively contribute to our safety-centric culture


* Highly motivated, Detail-oriented, and Self-Starter


* Preferred: Warehousing, distribution, farming, light industrial/manufacturing, or construction experience


* Preferred: Familiarity with operating warehousing power equipment


* Preferred: Comfortability using voice-directed systems
