• 1A Shift: Sunday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $18.50/hr
• 1B Shift: Wednesday - Saturday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $8.50/hr
• 2A Shift: Sunday - Wednesday | 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM | 19.50/hr
• 2B Shift: Wednesday - Saturday | 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM | 21.50/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Use scanners and systems to track inventory and product movement
• Load/unload trailers and assist with replenishment and cycle counts
• Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Work independently and with a team to meet productivity goals
• Follow cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards

No experience required! Training is provided. Prior picking/packing or warehouse experience is a plus.

As a Warehouse Associate you will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including but not limited to activities such as truck unloading, putting away, picking, truck loading, stock counting, processing orders, accepting incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

• Participating in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment and utilizing a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
• Proficient in various physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum of 50 lbs./25kg).
• Preferably, have experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.
• Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.

Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily. Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and work rules including Capstone safety work rules. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting. Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organization and prioritizing skills. Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks. Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports. Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for a long period of time.
