Thursday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (3 days, 12 hours each) | $18.25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:

**A Brief Overview**
Collaborates with the dispensing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to accurately and efficiently prepare patient medication orders, package customer orders for shipment, and receive and stock supplies.
**What you will do**
+ Gathers orders for shipment in accordance with company specialty guidelines.
+ Prepares labels and ships orders based on pharmacy guidelines and best practices.
+ Maintains the stock in the warehouse area to record monthly inventory reviews.
+ Collects information pertaining to restocking of packing stations with shipping supplies to ensure sufficient resources are allocated.
+ Composes sorting order forms based on courier and class of service to ensure information is clear.
+ Monitors unlocking stations, trains new operations assistants, and scans data multi-piece handling.
+ Follows workflow, orders packing supplies and performs monthly audits when applicable.
+ Gathers pharmacy files and records in accordance with internal procedures to ensure organizational standards of the company are met.
**For this role you will need Minimum Requirements**
+ Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
+ 0-2 years work experience
**Compensation:**
+ Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $17.50 - $8.94

**Position Summary**

The Warehouse Worker?s main responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties. This person ensures the warehouse is clean and organized, maintained in accordance with the facility protocols and safety standards.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for receiving and inspecting products, accurately labeling items and reporting any discrepancies in reconciliation of deliveries and invoices.
+ Responsible for organizing and storing all incoming products in assigned locations, applying FIFO (first in, first out) inventory controls for perishable products.
+ May require training and operation of a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts.
+ Picks inventory to assemble orders of product, supplies and equipment for requisitions or established par levels.
+ Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
+ Load, unload and transport products and materials to different areas of the warehouse and/or other client locations. May require use of carts, powered industrial vehicles (PIV), or motor vehicles.
+ Responsible for conducting routine physical inventory counts based on established location schedules.
+ Accurately complete administrative duties including records such as inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, equipment inspections, and any other relevant business records. This may be on paper or in a technology-based system (hand-held device or PC).
+ Clean work areas as assigned, including but not limited to restrooms, break areas, loading dock, freight elevator and freight platform delivery areas when applicable.
+ Implement all location safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures. Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
+ Takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets.
+ Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required.

- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to learn and use proprietary software required
- Flexible to work overtime preferred
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions
- Ability to lead a small team, ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexibility required, excellent with numbers, time management, and ability to execute are required.

JOB SUMMARY:
Make all parts delivery runs as scheduled Pick up and deliver material as necessary. Maintain and operate delivery vehicles in a safe and considerate manner. Comply with all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain Empire's Integrity and Ethical Standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain assigned company vehicle(s) including pre and post inspection reports.
- Make scheduled parts runs and deliver all items to their proper destinations.
- Operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
- Make pickups at various locations as assigned by the Shipping Leadperson. Operate forklifts and stocker picker. Maintain state and federal training certificates for mine safety and be site specific trained.
- Notify customer when any critical backorders arrive. Distribute parts to customers. Notify customer of overdue parts in Will Call.
- Receive credit return parts from customers. Receive Exchange cores from customer.
- Maintain Will Call areas.
- Pull customer orders as needed.
- Assist and sign out Will Call customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.

- Complete and pass the DOT physical.
- Work towards getting a Class A Commercial Drivers License.
