**Responsibilities:**
+ Accurately pick, scan, stack and place selected cases on pallets safely and efficiently; minimizing product damage, maximizing trailer space and assuring cold chain and quality standards are met

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Shipping of materials to customers.
  • Weekly receiving of cooking oil tanker trucks
  • Execution of daily Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures.
  • Compile of Corporate return orders
  • Monitor daily warehouse inventories such as cooking oil and mechanical parts while being able to identify items needed.
  • Fleet upkeep to include and adhere to maintenance schedule, loading of daily routes, and routine cleaning of the facility
  • Participate and contribute in the Safety Goal for the facility
  • Delivery truck flow meters require regular verification checks to ensure accuracy and maintain compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards. If a check determines that a meter falls outside the acceptable tolerance, calibration will be required. Additionally, all new trucks entering the fleet must undergo a complete tolerance check and calibration, along with scheduled biannual calibrations in Quarter 1 (Q1) and Quarter 3 (Q3) of both fresh and waste meters.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Ability to use a smart phone
  • Must meet Restaurant Technologies' Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record
  • Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart
  • Organizational skills and ability to keep things in order strongly desired
  • Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
  • Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air

**Pay Rate:** $23-$26/hour
**Schedule:**
+ Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri | 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM
+ Mon - Fri | 7:00 AM - 4:00PM

**Responsibilities:**
As a **Warehouse Coordinator** , you will play a critical role in supporting distribution center operations with a focus on systems, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
+ Coordinating and performing inventory reconciliation, ensuring adherence to good inventory practices.
+ Monitoring inventory damage, rotation, and slotting; making recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce product damage.
+ Collaborating with operations to optimize product placement for picking efficiency.
+ Supporting inventory and supply teams in reducing on-hand supply days while avoiding stockouts.
+ Tracking supplier-related issues and coordinating resolutions.
+ Partnering with multiple departments on product promotions and cross-functional responsibilities.
+ Enforcing product quality standards from vendors to restaurants, following QIP and DQMP guidelines.
+ Contributing to continuous process improvements in warehouse operations.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience with 1-2 years in Engineered Labor Management or Warehouse Management.
+ **Skills:** Strong technical skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with engineered labor standards, voice selection technology (Lucas), JD Edwards, inventory control, and safety management.
