In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. The right candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace.
Your typical shift will be Sunday - Thrusday, Sunday you will work 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and Monday - Thursday you will work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

Job Description

This is a day shift Warehouse Supervisor role overseeing 10 direct reports within a cooler facility (maintained at 34-40°F). The site operates as a high-reach environment, requiring experience with similar equipment.
The initial schedule will be Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
+ Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
+ Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records
+ Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
+ Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Work with machinery and material handling equipment
+ Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
+ Perform assigned projects as instructed
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
+ 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
+ Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
+ Strong conflict management skills
+ Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
+ Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
+ Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Pay Range:$59,400.00 - $100,200.00

Comply with store operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.
**Job Duties:**
+ Maintain and support Will Call
+ Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for our customers
+ Organize warehouse to ensure ease of locating product
+ Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
+ Assist in the physical inventory process
+ Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers
+ Other duties as assigned
**You Must Have:**
+ Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
+ Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
+ Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
+ Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
+ Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards
