What You'll Do
- Enforce safety rules and regulations
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of the strategic vision of the company for our work area. Plan work assignments and manage manpower to meet operational needs.
- Monitor employees and the work process to ensure proper completion according to company standards. Oversee your work area and support your team's success through observations and coaching.
- Validate payroll for team members
- Conduct interviews and select candidates who are a good fit for the company
- Evaluate employee performance and prepare performance appraisals
- Resolve employee problems and collaborate with employees, peers, and other stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution. Collect your teams' feedback and developing a way to drive efficiency through your team.

- Minimum years of 2 years' experience ; 5 preferred of relevant work
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
- Ability to process Information including calculating, auditing, analyzing, and/or verifying information or data.
- Interacting with computers to set up functions, enter data, or process information.
- Strong Communication skills - Communicating with superiors, peers, or subordinates
- Ability to operate vehicles, mechanized devices, or equipment
- Maintain safe work environment
Compensation Details:
$7000 - $85000 per year

Night Shift 7pm to 5am, 4 days a week
- Effectively and safely supervise the day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility (AOR). Warehouse functions may include: selecting, loading, shipping, receiving, safety, sanitation, replenishment and product storage processes in a Grocery, Perishables or Freezer Warehouse environment.
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of Warehouse Associates in the fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations
- Instruct and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in the proper execution of all established quality, safety and sanitation practices of warehouse operations
- Collaborate with Shift Manager in the development of employee performance development plans (PDPs); Coach, mentor and guide Associates in the execution of PDPs; Utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts according to established policies and procedures to provide continuous feedback on performance, increase employee retention and improve employee relations.
- Manage to set KPI's: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink)
- Use discretion and judgment to conduct a variety of Safety, Quality, Shrink and Operational audits and encourage a sense of responsibility and ownership in the results of these audits in Associates
- Conduct accident investigation per company guidelines, and use judgment and discretion to make findings and document them

What will I do?
- Provide incredible customer service to stores by coordinating daily production tasks, executing plans to meet productivity standards, maintaining accuracy of inventory and communicating productivity status to team
- Help employees understand jobs duties, expectations, and results by holding employees accountable for performance
- Ensure cold chain and food safety initiatives are followed, keep food fresh and ensure the highest quality product for our stores
- Seek out ways to improve operations including reducing operating expenses, managing inventory, and increasing efficiency and productivity
- Execute daily plans to meet delivery commitment times, productivity standards and communicate productivity status to team
- Meet established goals for productivity by making sure that individual and departmental tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of previous experience leading a team
- Computer Skills
