Pay Rate: $23.00 /hourly
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack products in our warehouse. The Forklift Operator will also ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of inventory movements and report any discrepancies
- Other warehouse duties and special projects as requested
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 2 year of sit-down forklift experience required
- Must maintain good attendance and report to all OT shifts
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation
- Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse and follow drug/substance free policy.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Maintain safeguards of confidential warehouse company information

Role Description
BrandGuard Vents is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Warehouse Associate to keep our vents and accessories flowing—from receiving raw materials to shipping finished orders—so contractors, distributors, and homeowners get what they need, on time and damage-free. This role is critical in ensuring our product inventory supports operational demand, installer needs, and distributor orders with efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. The full-time (40 hours PW) position is based in Lake Forest, CA.
