**POSITION PURPOSE**
This position is located at our Headquarters location in Bismarck, ND.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field; and 5 years of progressive experience in warehousing, supply chain, or logistics, of which 3 years were in a leadership role; or
+ An associate's degree in a related field; and 7 years of progressive experience in a related field of which 3 years were in a leadership role; or
+ A high school diploma; and 9 years of experience in a related field of which 3 years were in a leadership role.
+ A valid driver's license.
+ Ability to travel to remote and rural warehouse locations approximately 50% of the time.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience with emergency logistics or storm response warehousing.
+ Experience working with union and non-union staff.
+ Working knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to utility warehousing
+ Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM or EWM) modules or related ERPsystem.
**PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**
This position requires constant hand coordination; frequent lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds, sitting, standing, and walking; and occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 15 pounds, climbing, bending, and reaching, low level activity, and elevated activity. The incumbent uses office equipment, field tools, and a forklift for retrieval/inspection of parts. This position requires finger dexterity, good color vision, good hearing, and the ability to perform close work. This position also frequently works in conditions of noise/vibration; and occasionally around dirt/dust, extreme heat/cold, and chemicals. This position must be respirator qualified.

**Summary**
The Group Manager Logistics I manages the overall financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts. This individual is responsible for the profitable retention and growth of business within his/her span of control (multiple accounts), while ensuring that financial, employee, safety and customer satisfaction goals are met.
