**Safety, Compliance & Risk Management:**
+ Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and other regulatory standards.
+ Lead warehouse safety programs, including near-miss reporting, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
+ Maintain compliance with OSHA, TSA, and other safety regulations.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and safety while working in a fast-paced environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - WAREHOUSE EXECUTION:
  • Maximize efficiency and support sales by maintaining warehouse operations and processes
  • Accurately receive and pull products to meet operational needs
  • Complete necessary paperwork and submit it to the appropriate department in a timely manner
  • Maintain warehouse appearance and functionality to meet company standards
  • Implement 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized workspace
  • Operate in a safe manner and adhere to safety protocols at all times
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - INVENTORY:
  • Review inventory discrepancies and notify the Branch Manager promptly
  • Ensure accurate product receiving and pulling to maintain inventory integrity
  • Properly rack and tag all merchandise to ensure easy access and traceability
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor/Branch Manager to support inventory accuracy and quality
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Experience in delivery or logistics
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse and wholesale operations
  • Knowledge of safety policies and processes
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Lift or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to stoop and kneel daily in order to perform warehouse tasks
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
  • Must be able to perform manual labor such as loading and unloading product, and handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The atmosphere is that of a warehouse environment and office space. This position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are present. Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for the branch location. Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat. Frequent use of company communication devices is required such as a computer, cell phone, and printer.

    • The New Years Eve Holiday may be observed in current or subsequent year depending on the day it falls.
    • Individual departments or functions that need to deviate from the above schedule due to operating requirements will do so on an as needed basis.
    • Employees who are subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement will follow the holiday schedule provided in the CBA.
  • Other Compensation may include, but is not limited to, bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range or wage scale. Position dependent.
  • The stated benefits are for full-time positions working 30+ hours a week. Part-time positions may be eligible for limited benefits.
