The Program Manager Warehousing Solutions role is responsible for leading global teams through the process of driving distribution operational improvements, allowing ITW businesses to leverage their supply chain as a competitive advantage. Role requires deep domain level experience working in a warehouse/distribution management, solution development and advisory capacity. Work collaboratively with ITW teams to develop solutions that optimize supply chain cost and service levels. Work with senior level ITW and supplier business leaders to align goals, influence and drive change that delivers results to ITW's P&L. Perform and/or manage the analytical work as specific project requires. Advise business units on warehouse operational strategy, policy and execution. Ensure the ITW business model is leveraged in all initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within ITW decentralized business culture. Partner with business unit stakeholders to deliver results customized for respective business segments.
- Design warehouse improvement solutions involving layout design, productivity improvements material handling equipment and technology.
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Project Management: effective management of all aspects of the project and resources to ensure timely and effective results and solutions.
- Ability to leverage data to drive change and improvement in warehouse operations.
- Lead and/or perform the warehouse improvement projects with the ITW business segment teams from initial understanding and data collection phase through operational implementation of solution.
- Work with internal operational teams and external third party warehouse organizations to design custom solutions for the respective ITW business.
- Manage the workflows of all resources assigned to the respective project
- Strategic thinking / participate in Long Range and Annual Plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Preferred with an emphasis in Supply Chain or related operational / engineering field is desired.
- Minimum of 12+ years' experience in distribution/ warehouse operations management, including layout and design. Experience with network modeling tools to drive business improvements is a strong plus.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, including contract and sourcing 3PLs.
- Experience in implementing WMS, LMS programs, and systems with proven results.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Glenview, IL corporate campus 5 days a week with flexibility on hours.
- Proven experience working with senior-level executives to drive change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to use data to drive results.
- Strong leadership skills, including leading through influence and comfort with challenging stakeholders to get the best result for ITW.
Compensation Information:
The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $20K - 170k annually. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
ITW considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, geographic location, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Responsibilities:
Provide direction to teams in Supply Chain. Analyze, resolve or escalate inventory issues. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks of Supply Chain teams meet standards.
Resolve daily Supply Chain issues. Direct team regarding issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Communicate to senior management Supply Chain and service issues with short and long term recommendations on resolution.
Ensure inventory plans and execution of plans are consistent with Supply Chain goals.
Provide support to internal manufacturing operations.
Prepare and present forward-looking, future projections of inventory, volume, service, planning, capacity, and space considerations. Assure that the system parameters are correct. Manage communication between Teams.
Management responsibilities include:
Typically oversees professional employees/teams OR typically manages non-professional employees through Supervisors in manufacturing, distribution or office environments.
Day-to-day operations of a group of employees.
May have limited budgetary responsibility and usually contributes to budgetary impact.
Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develops.
Recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies.
Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning.
Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 5 years manufacturing, distribution or purchasing experience.
Experience demonstrating knowledge level of MRP, buying, demand management and forecasting. Additional - Position requires the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume.
Position requires the ability to apply concepts of algebra and business statistics.
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in import logistics, inventory planning and transportation.
Experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
Experience with SAP.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Reports to Title Director of Supply Chain
Position Summary
This position manages, supervises, and coordinates manages all aspects of inventory, shipping and receiving; designs and executes strategies and plans to meet companys short-term and long-term supply chain management/production control requirements. The scope of this role will cover all sites including Pleasant Prairie and Davenport locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventories at ALL FOF inventory locations (West, East, CSW, Lineage, Americold, Armada etc.) any place the FOF still owns the inventory.
- Manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
- Maintain a fully functional supply chain management/production control infrastructure.
- Promotes a positive work environment.
- Manage purchasing/vendor/cost savings approvals.
- Conduct vendor change approvals/testing as needed.
- Oversee procurement process to maintain strategic sourcing strategy Manage material usage and needs.
- CHEP program reporting.
- Assist in QA run mock recalls for audits.
- Working Capital management:
- Develop processes to deliver managing slow moving, obsolete, expired, and excess materials in collaboration with departments.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop appropriate valuation reporting for visibility and control.
- Drive Warehouse best practices for Fair Oaks Foods across all facilities.
- Assist in process development and execution of overall Inventory Accuracy with a focus on RCA and lean 6 sigma principles.
- Development of suitable KPI to measure and track performance.
- Ensure 3PL and SAP are reconciled weekly and manage any reconciliation issues.
- Root cause inconsistencies and corrective actions.
- 3PL Management:
- Stock Rotation problem resolution.
- Oversee and manage EDI processes between Fair Oaks Foods and 3PL.
- Manage all 3PL on a day-to-day basis collaborating with departments as needed.
- Partner with EH&S manager to best practices and compliance in FOF warehouses across all sites.
- Partner with Ops to deliver Lean initiatives that focuses on layout optimization and flow.
- Partner to drive RF across the organization.
- Play a leading role in managing material usage variances to standard BOMs by collaborating across departments.
- Assist in the implementation of MRP and maintenance thereof.
- Master Data Management (MDM):
- Develop and drive business processes to effectively manage Master Data management end to end guided by the overall MDM strategy.
- Develop onboarding, cleansing, compliance, validation and sharing processes.
- Assist with, if required, migration of data across databases when required.
- Management of:
- Info Records
- Manufacturing routings
- Bill of Materials
- Item, Vendor and Material Masters as required.
- Any other master data related requirements.
- Develop suitable SOPs and training.
- Internal support to other business functions troubleshooting and correcting Master Data related errors.
- Provide Supply Chain cost savings initiatives.
- Provide feedback to the management team on new ideas or issues.
- Be collaborative in solving problems
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management or similar role required, food experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Strategic Operations Management, or a related field is required
- Strong computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management procedures, GMPs in a food manufacturing environment and regulatory guidelines
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
Must be able to lift 50lb and must have knowledge of computers and be proficient in word and Excel.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus as defined below.
