Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
· Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
· Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, counting, and documentation.
· Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
· Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
· Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely deliveries.
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies to promote a culture of workplace safety and accountability.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.
· Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
· Basic computer and inventory system knowledge is a plus.
