  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
  • Manage and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and geopolitical factors.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and technology to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on procurement, logistics, and operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
  • Expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and network optimization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
