This position is eligible for annual incentive pay and has the opportunity for continued salary growth. The BI Analyst will be able to understand large chunks of data and trends, and then communicate those trends to the company and recommend best practices. The position will track metrics and compliance to ensure launched initiatives deliver necessary value. Key Accountabilities * Responsible for providing support, analysis, monitoring and problem-solving value while managing, shaping, driving, & influencing Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement. * Monitoring, enforcing, and facilitating data quality and governance. * Support rate cases by complying with data requests as necessary along with automating reports to support an employee self-service model. * Perform financial and market analysis to determine feasibility of projects.
