The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. **Where You Will Work**
Our Henderson mine and mill are an hour drive apart - separated by the Continental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles underground). The Henderson mine is an underground molybdenum mining operation located approximately 42 miles west of Denver and 10 miles west of Empire. It has been in operation since 1976 and today consists of a large block-cave, underground mining complex feeding a concentrator with a current capacity of approximately 32,000 metric tons per day. It can produce approximately 15 million pounds of molybdenum per year. The Henderson mill is located 15 miles west of the mine, between Dillon and Kremmling.
Both sites are surrounded by US Forest Service ( land of the Arapaho National Forest ( , making it easy for our employees and their families to enjoy year-round hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing in the area. Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.
**Description**
This position is located at the Henderson Mine, which is in an underground mine plant setting at an elevation of 10,800 feet above sea level. This may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, explosives, fumes or airborne particles.
Semi-skilled employees who operate at least one material handling system in the production process, such as conveyors, transfer chutes, flow systems, and flotation/grind mills.
Employees will work under minimal supervision in environments where the primary objective is safe production.
Area housekeeping to include tasks such as shoveling, using fire hose, and digging - Operation/control of processing equipment per operating guidelines - Operation of mobile equipment - Equipment monitoring via computer and data entry via computer - Identifies and reports machinery maintenance needs - Perform other tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**
Minimum Qualifications - Six (6) months of experience in the trade - Experience with material handling equipment - Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude. The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and skills while also passing a written assessment where required. This exam is based on skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety.
Preferred Qualifications -
+ Experience with material handling equipment
+ Water operator licenses
+ Sewer treatment, potable water treatment or industrial water treatment plant experiance.

The Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Water Treatment Technician to maintain and optimize water treatment systems critical to HVAC operations in commercial, industrial, or large institutional buildings. This role ensures the efficiency, safety, and longevity of HVAC systems-such as cooling towers, boilers, and chillers-by managing and maintaining proper water chemistry and treatment processes.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Maintain and monitor water treatment systems associated with HVAC equipment including cooling towers, boilers, chillers, and related components.
+ Test water for critical parameters such as pH, alkalinity, hardness, conductivity, chlorine levels, and biological contaminants.
+ Interpret test results and apply appropriate chemical treatments to prevent scaling, corrosion, and biological growth.
+ Maintain accurate records of water quality testing and chemical usage.
+ Perform regular maintenance on water treatment equipment, including pumps, filters, controllers, and dosing systems.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water chemistry or equipment malfunction
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations
+ Work collaboratively with HVAC technicians, building engineers, and facility managers to ensure optimal system performance.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance

+ 2-4 years of relevant experience in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
+ Completion of a formal training program in automotive technology or a related mechanical field.
+ Hands-on experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles and machinery, including:
+ Automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, forklifts, and buses.
+ Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as: Motor analyzers, pressure gauges, chassis charts, and factory service manuals.
+ Ability to disassemble, overhaul, and repair components including:

The Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Water Treatment Technician to maintain and optimize water treatment systems critical to HVAC operations in commercial, industrial, or large institutional buildings. This role ensures the efficiency, safety, and longevity of HVAC systems-such as cooling towers, boilers, and chillers-by managing and maintaining proper water chemistry and treatment processes.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Maintain and monitor water treatment systems associated with HVAC equipment including cooling towers, boilers, chillers, and related components.
+ Test water for critical parameters such as pH, alkalinity, hardness, conductivity, chlorine levels, and biological contaminants.
+ Interpret test results and apply appropriate chemical treatments to prevent scaling, corrosion, and biological growth.
+ Maintain accurate records of water quality testing and chemical usage.
+ Perform regular maintenance on water treatment equipment, including pumps, filters, controllers, and dosing systems.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water chemistry or equipment malfunction.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations.
+ Work collaboratively with HVAC technicians, building engineers, and facility managers to ensure optimal system performance.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2-4 years of relevant experience in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
+ Completion of a formal training program in automotive technology or a related mechanical field.
+ Hands-on experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles and machinery, including:
+ Automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, forklifts, and buses.
+ Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as:
+ Motor analyzers, pressure gauges, chassis charts, and factory service manuals.
+ Ability to disassemble, overhaul, and repair components including:
+ Engines, transmissions, clutches, starters, generators, alternators, differentials, and pumps.
+ Experience performing mechanical and electrical adjustments and repairs such as:
+ Valve grinding, brake adjustments, wheel alignment, wiring repairs, and lighting adjustments.
+ Ability to work independently with limited supervision and solve moderately complex problems.
+ Strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams and internal departments.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated experience or knowledge in the following technical areas:
+ Cooling Systems - Installation and service of HVAC and refrigeration units.
+ Hydraulics and Pneumatics - Maintenance of fluid and air power systems, including pumps and actuators.
+ Preventive and Routine Maintenance - Scheduling and executing regular service intervals to reduce downtime.
+ Failure Analysis - Ability to investigate equipment failures and determine root causes.
+ Technical Specifications - Interpreting and applying detailed mechanical documentation.
+ Troubleshooting - Skilled in identifying and solving mechanical and electrical issues in complex systems.
+ Vehicle Inspections - Assessing vehicle systems for safety and performance.
+ Energy Efficiency - Knowledge of practices to improve fuel and energy consumption in fleet or equipment usage.
+ Project Management - Experience leading repair or maintenance projects, including scheduling and resource coordination.
+ Quality Control (QC) - Conducting inspections to meet regulatory and company standards.
+ Safety Assurance - Ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
+ Certifications in automotive repair, diesel mechanics, or specialized areas (e.g., ASE, HVAC).
+ Familiarity with equipment operations in manufacturing, warehousing, or fleet management environments.

Brief Description:
The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.
