**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Serve as an educational and technical resource to manage the complexities of ultra-high net worth families needs, including estate and legacy planning; tax strategies and charitable planning; business transition planning and asset management; as well as provide expertise for business owner and corporate executive strategies.
+ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the unique investment management offerings (strategy and allocation; institutional fiduciary services; private client banking; and private placement insurance offerings).
+ Comprehensive understanding of family legacy and governance planning; risk management; and health and wellness planning.
+ Provide fully engaged support to financial advisors in developing a financial planning blueprint for their clients to identify planning needs; determine a planning road map; and track completed objectives.
+ Routine collaboration with Private Wealth Consultants & Wealth Strategists to deliver wealth planning and estate planning expertise.
+ Responsible for proactively building and maintaining relationships to help create awareness of our private wealth consulting services. Promote the Wealth Consulting teams through home office visits and public speaking engagements.
+ Extensive collaboration with internal and external business partners to provide comprehensive recommendations for the financial advisor, the client and the client's legal and tax professionals (e.g. attorney or CPA).
+ Leverages planning software tools to provide modeling guidance for financial advisors and their clients.
+ Frequent participation in advisor education events and client meetings to facilitation asset growth and consolidation.
+ Participate in strategic development of new service offerings.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
**Knowledge of**
+ Advanced concepts of private wealth management planning; investment management; and specialized products.
+ Advanced principles of banking, trust and finance and securities broker/dealer operations.
+ Wealth Planning offerings and partnerships, including longevity, insurance, and investments relationships.
+ Detailed and in-depth understanding of Money Guide Pro Elite and Wealth Studios
**Skill in**
+ Excellent problem solving skills to identify the needs of clients through effective questioning and listening.
+ The ability to research issues and confidently help advisors think through clients' planning strategies.
+ The aptitude to manage projects moving in different directions and to embrace a broad spectrum of disciplines throughout the day.
+ Articulating complex technical financial planning concepts.
+ Preparing and delivering clear, effective, and professional presentations.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships financial advisors, internal partners and with clients.
**Ability to**
+ Identify and position the products and services financial advisors use in financial planning.
+ Think quickly and creatively, and react well to deadline pressure.
+ Provide a high level of customer service and commitment to a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Educational/Previous Experience Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in finance or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible wealth management planning experience. Experience with investment products and services and ability to deliver consultative services to advisors and their ultra high net worth clients.
+ OR ~
+ Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
**Licenses/Certifications**
+ FINRA Series 7, insurance or other applicable licenses or certifications are beneficial. The ability to obtain a necessary license if needed as required by management.
+ Required: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) preferred. Other combination of designations and experience approved by the Wealth Planning management team and hiring manager.

About the internshipThis is a 10-week experience, designed to fully immerse analysts in the buy-side investment management industry by working alongside one of HIMCO's Front Office teams. Sector assignments can include positions within credit research, privates, structured credit, quantitative equity, portfolio management and macroeconomic strategy. Analysts are offered extensive development opportunities through a mentoring program, a mock-trading competition, an executive speaker series, volunteering, and social events. Analyst contributions during his/her internship will culminate in a capstone project presentation to provide an opportunity for exposure to HIMCO senior leaders. Successful summer interns may be invited back for a full time Front Office position. Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to oversee the performance and integrity of our Syndicated loans portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring sound risk management, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, knowledge of OCC standards, and hands-on experience in transaction monitoring and stress testing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate portfolio transactions to ensure alignment with credit strategy and risk parameters
  • Oversee the performance of portfolio assets, identifying trends and early warning signals
  • Manage periodic renewals and ensure timely updates of credit files and borrower profiles
  • Conduct periodic reviews in accordance with OCC guidelines and internal standards
  • Perform stress testing to assess portfolio resilience under adverse scenarios
  • Track and monitor covenant compliance, escalating breaches and recommending corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate portfolio data and produce reports on exposure, concentration, liquidity, and profitability for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Provide risk appetite guidance to relationship managers and credit teams
  • Monitor and report on asset quality, including delinquencies, impairments, and recoveries


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in syndicated loan portfolio management, credit risk, corporate credit analysis or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of OCC regulations, covenant structures, and stress testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in portfolio monitoring tools and financial reporting systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Inspire, motivate, and lead the team to deliver value to DX Technology.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 8 years of portfolio/financial demand management experience.

As a JPMorgan Wealth Management Analyst you will be joining the Portfolio Management team that is dedicated to portfolio health across Securities Based Lending (SBL) and Custom lending in Wealth Management Operations. The fast paced environment of this team is focused on research, identification, and resolution of portfolio exceptions while maintaining the health of the portfolio. Partnership with key stakeholders is necessary to drive consistency and maintain effective controls.
This position is focused specifically with JPMWM SBL. This role will work closely with key stakeholders within JPMWM to effectively manage the portfolio.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Manage portfolio exceptions of JPMWM SBL clients
+ Lead weekly portfolio management calls with Lending Solutions and JPMWM Credit Risk
+ Review and assist with resolution of margin calls with JPMWM Advisors
+ Work with the estates team to manage pipeline and ensure timely resolution
+ Partner with SBL origination, Annual Review, and JPMWM advisors for escalations and any items that may require their action
+ Identification of operational gaps and ensure resolution
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** :
+ General understanding of credit products/commercial lending concepts
+ Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
