Job Description:

At Regions, the Technology Portfolio Liaison supports the intake of initiatives from technology and the business unit to help determine capacity and sequencing. This role executes intake, prioritization, and impact assessment activities in accordance with policies and standards. The ideal candidate possesses experience working within the business and technology with a keen awareness of the industry at large and competitor portfolios, priorities, strategic investments, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitates intake, prioritization, and readiness of requests/initiatives

  • Conducts impact assessments to understand capacity

  • Evaluates work requests to determine the preliminary scope, objectives, and alignment with strategic priorities

  • Analyzes capacity allocation and ensures teams have appropriate capacity and skills

  • Conducts departmental trade-off analysis as needed

  • Develops and/or maintains roadmaps reflecting annual forecasts and quarterly commitments

  • Acts as a resource for technology roadmaps, monitoring for end of life

  • Collaborates across multiple departments, engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and seamless communication between teams

  • Serves as a key interface between teams, leadership, and stakeholders

  • Consults with the business on how best to leverage technology to meet strategic needs

  • Standardizes the model for workstream intake, charters, and roadmap documentation

  • May mentor junior team members and other technology staff

The Director, Credit Portfolio Management, will be responsible for the overall asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans/investments, including complex and/or high touch loans/investments, with little need for detailed supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer requests and internal inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with loan documents, including covenants and enforce remedies for non-compliance
  • Process borrower consent requests, including engage other parties as necessary

Summary:

Huntington's Director, Portfolio Management will manage a book of business in the bank's Aerospace & Defense (A&D) vertical within Huntington's Corporate Specialty and Government Banking group. Duties and Responsibilities:

* Underwrite and close broadly syndicated, complex commercial loans
* Provide credit recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration
* Review loan documentation in consultation with legal counsel
* Manage risk on an ongoing basis by monitoring customer credit worthiness, adherence to loan terms and general business conditions
* Manage annual reviews and renewals, portfolio reviews, collateral exceptions, borrowing bases, delinquencies and other reporting
* As appropriate, assist in optimizing customer relationships working with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Capital Markets and other team members

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required
* 7+ years of related portfolio management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
