Summary

The Graphic Design Intern assists the Creative Director and the Senior Marketing & Design Manager in the

delivery of print and digital marketing projects. Often working under tight deadlines and assisting with

multiple projects, this individual must be highly skilled at time management and prioritization, while

simultaneously maintaining an acute attention to detail. This is a part-time internship for a limited period.

Workdays and hours will depend upon the intern's academic schedule. As an intern, this individual will have

"temporary employment" status and will not receive any of the company benefits that full-time employees

Reporting Structure

The Graphic Design Intern reports to the Creative Director. The Senior Marketing & Design Manager will at

Position Summary

L’Alliance New York is seeking a design intern/trainee for a 12- to 18-month internship, starting on November 3, 2025. The successful candidate will be dedicated to producing work with close attention to artistic and typographic detail in a fast-paced environment. Projects include brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, postcards, social media posts, web banners, videos, and building signage.

Responsibilities

  • Production Support : Assist the content team in improving production turnaround times for assigned design projects
  • Creative Development : Contribute to marketing programs, creative concepts, campaigns, and promotional strategies for both inbound and traditional outbound marketing activities
  • Design Execution : Using brand standards and direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, produce layouts for print and web using Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, or Drupal
  • File Preparation : Prepare digital artwork files to appropriate specifications for final distribution
  • Brand Compliance : Ensure adherence to ALLDATA brand standards and guidelines across all mediums with meticulous attention to detail
  • Industry Awareness : Stay current with media trends, design best practices, and reative platforms (audio, video, photography)
  • Collaboration : Work independently while taking direction effectively and contribute feedback and suggestions as a team member

Qualifications

  • Current design portfolio demonstrating competency, consistency, and creativity across multiple media platforms
  • Working/Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Working/Advanced knowledge of HTML and web software tools
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong graphic, conceptual, and technical design skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong collaborative skills in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Mac platforms
  • Working knowledge of print production and digital marketing communications
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing/creation preferred
  • Experience designing within Marketing Automation Tools such as Act-On, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, MailChimp, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience with Drupal content management system preferred

The salary range for this position is $17 - $22/hour. **Job Summary**
The Office of Communications & Marketing in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering is seeking a Graphic Design Student worker.
The student designer will be embedded with the Creative Services team and be responsible for updating and creating visual designs for various marketing collateral and social media graphics. The student designer will collaborate with the communications and marketing team to develop creative concepts as well as communicate with department staff on assigned projects. Other responsibilities and/or learning opportunities will be assisting with print production using a stack-paper cutter and trimming, as well as apparel order pick-up for the Engineering Spirit Store.
**Essential Functions**
+ Manage multiple projects and deadlines
+ Collaborate with communications and marketing teams on projects
+ Communicate with engineering staff on requested projects
+ Assist with Spirit Store apparel and promotional products
+ Use of paper stack cutter to trim in-house print projects
+ Create various print/digital marketing and promotional collateral such as (not limited to):
+ Invitations

+ T-shirt design
+ Holiday cards and e-cards

**Minimum Qualifications**
Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student.
**Preferred Qualifications**
