- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering and customer-facing teams to ship experiences that drive measurable value.
- 5+ years of experience in web development , with a track record of building and scaling user-facing products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React , and modern web architectures.
- Product-minded - you care about great UX and know how to make complex things simple.
- Execution-oriented - you move quickly, ship incrementally, and balance quality with speed.
- Comfortable building complex systems from scratch - even with limited existing infrastructure or constraints.
- Naturally curious and self-directed , with a deep desire to learn and a talent for sharing knowledge clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous and fast-changing environments , and thrive in bringing order, clarity, and structure when it's needed.
- Strong ability to work autonomously , drive outcomes, and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and GTM teams.
- Experience working with Python backend systems and APIs.
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup or building scalable web products from the ground up.
- Exposure to agentic UI systems, such as chat interfaces, agent inboxes, or task orchestration UIs.
- Passion for LLMs, AI agents, and building interfaces that amplify human + machine collaboration.
