Wellness Express is a walk-in clinic designed to bridge the gap between primary care and urgent care. Our team provides acute care of common illnesses both in office and via telehealth as well as comprehensive wellness services including annual wellness visits, physicals, health screenings, and immunizations. This is a great opportunity to care for and educate patients with no call responsibilities and a shorter work week. This position is considered full-time. Due to the independent nature of this practice, 2 years of experience in a primary care office is preferred.

Job Description
The Center for Pelvic Health and Wellness at UCLA, a subspecialty urogynecology practice within the UCLA Department of Urology focused on the evidence-based care of chronic pelvic pain, is looking to fill the role of a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
The NP is expected to provide exemplary patient care consistent with the UCLA Health CICARE Service Excellence. This individual will review medical histories, evaluate patients in clinic and via telemedicine and group visits, perform comprehensive physical examination, review laboratory and imaging results, formulate treatment plans, manage prescriptions, and provide patient education.
The NP will manage clinical questions by telephone and Epic inbasket, perform procedures as needed, manage clinical issues that arise following procedures and surgeries, address prescription-related issues such as prior authorization, and carry out related tasks for the Center for Pelvic Health and Wellness at UCLA and the UCLA Department of Urology under the supervision of the attending urologists.
The NP will consult with the attending physicians as appropriate. The individual will also be responsible for facilitating communication and feedback between patients, attending physicians, and referring physicians.
The NP functions in an interdependent role by implementing the appropriate Standardized Procedures (SPs). By using the SPs the NP is able to change treatment regimen after observing signs and symptoms of illness, reactions to treatment, general behavior and physical condition and determines if they are abnormal findings (Ca Nursing Practice Act, subsection(b) of Section 2725). The NP will provide and coordinate the care of patients, provide patient/family education, promote safe continuity of care. The NP also participates in interdisciplinary and clinical rounds, provides education and support, as well as makes appropriate referrals and documents services rendered.
Salary range: $89.06-$127.19/hourly

Alameda Health System's Eastmont Wellness Center in Oakland, CA is currently recruiting for a Services As Needed/Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team and work in Adult Medicine.
Eastmont Wellness Center is a large outpatient center that serves a diverse patient population in east Oakland, CA. We provide high quality, accessible care to our community's most vulnerable patients, regardless of their ability to pay for services.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
Minimum Experience: Demonstrated experience which would provide the knowledge and skill necessary for successful performance as a Mid-Level Practitioner.
Preferred Experience: One year in area of specialty (i.e. Cardiology, Neurology, G.I, Rheumatology, Orthopedics, Hematology, etc.), PG Residency of ED experience or post-graduate training in area of responsibility.
Preferred Licenses/Certification: ACLS, ATLS, SART, dependent on area of specialty.
