Chileda's population includes children and young adults with special needs, including Autism, Attachment Challenges, related developmental delays, and intensive behavioral needs.
SUMMARY: The Health & Wellness Care Professional (HWCP) provides care, advocacy, and treatment across all shifts for all residents and day students of Chileda. This position is responsible for passing scheduled and non-scheduled medications to students giving basic first aid treatment for minor injuries, accompanying residents on medical and/or dental appointments as needed, and seeking guidance from medical professionals related to emergency medical treatment. This position will also perform other duties as assigned by the Health and Wellness Manager and Health and Wellness Care Coordinator(s).
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR
- Successful completion of CBRF Medication Administration training or willingness to attend training
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
GENERAL HOURS OF DUTY: Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 10:15 PM, every other weekend with shared holidays. Hours may rotate as needed. For full-time positions, this is a non-exempt, benefited role scheduled for 40 hours per week.
REPORTS TO: Health & Wellness Manager
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Provide first aid treatment for minor injuries.
- Respond to urgent medical concerns on campus including seizures and serious illness or injuries and seek the assistance of the appropriate medical professions (e.g. nurse's hotline, poison control).
- Observe students in times of illness, consult with outside medical professionals, and provide recommended treatment as needed.
- Communicate student's health and wellness needs to other members of the Health and Wellness team or cross-functional peers.
- Accurately document and record pertinent medical data in Health and Wellness Daily Log, student's Medical Chart, eMAR and electronic client management system.
- Train new Health and Wellness Care Professionals, as needed, under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, Health and Wellness Manager, and/or Care Coordinator(s).

**Overall Responsibilities**
+ Evaluates responses of teacher candidates in Massachusetts.

**Working Conditions**
Training takes place before scoring begins. There may be a brief orientation meeting before the day of scoring occurs.
Scoring sessions are typically one or two days long and take place during the week Monday through Friday. Scoring sessions will occur once every 2 months. The scoring day runs from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m., including training.

About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide faculty product consultation, training, and ongoing support. Excellent onboarding and support to ensure product optimization and the renewal of accounts through high faculty satisfaction. Our customers are Nursing and Allied Health programs at universities and colleges.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide faculty with onboarding, in-depth training, and consultation on best practices to achieve product optimization
+ Guide faculty through varying customer journeys
+ Provide proactive outreach and support
+ Respond effectively to inbound customer inquiries and concerns
+ Monitor produce usage to identify intervention opportunities
+ Identify churn risks and upsell opportunities for sales team
+ Serve as a product expert by staying up to date on product offerings
+ Document faculty interactions and market feedback
Requirements:
+ Have prior experience in education, training, sales, support, communications field, or digital media/communications
+ Have experience solving complex problems, demonstrating attention to detail, and researching technical issues
+ Possess excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
+ Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills
+ Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint are required).
