Performs routine and specialized CT radiologic procedures at an advanced skills level. Performs procedures to produce computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas according to established practices and procedures.
Essential Functions:

This is a professional position that is responsible for the functioning of the assigned Inpatient Program and that provides administrative and clinical leadership for operation of a 24 hour a day program. Works in close collaboration with the Nurse Manager to obtain desired outcomes.

+ Supports a culture of safety by ensuring that clinical staff complete the mandatory training in milieu & behavior management training (MBMT).
+ Utilizes teaching, observation, and assessment skills to orient, instruct and monitor staff competencies in MBMT. Provides effective feedback, coaching, mentoring, and evaluation to assist in professional development of staff.
+ Assists with interviewing, selection, hiring, orientation, performance evaluation, corrective action and training of therapists, assistants and support staff assigned to the unit.
+ Provides clinical and administrative supervision and/or mentoring of therapists, case managers, caseworkers, primary milieu coordinators, and clinical interns. Offering ongoing support, direction and feedback, as indicated. Conducts annual performance evaluations. Implements corrective action plans, as needed.
+ Monitors competency of staff in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
+ Coordinates the completion of client care services with appropriate documentation in compliance with policies, procedures, standards of care, and external regulations.
+ Reviews staffing patterns of clinical staff and census of program to ensure staffing of clinical staff is consistent with patient needs, budget parameters and census.

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) for patients with renal failure.
What you'll be doing
Patient care. You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. - New Mexico certification of hemodialysis technician is required for out of state applicant with active state or national hemodialysis certification; must obtain New Mexico state certification prior to working as a Certified Hemodialysis Technician.
- After January 1 st , 2024, all initial applications for the certified hemodialysis technician will require a national hemodialysis technician certificate.
- The applicant must submit proof of a valid national hemodialysis technician certificate from a recognized organization.
- Hemodialysis technician students must have a current basic life support credential prior to and while the student has contact with patients
OHIO
- Must have Ohio dialysis technician intern certificate at time of hire OR
- Hired at USRC location recognized by state of Ohio as an approved dialysis technician training program and submit application for Ohio dialysis technician intern certificate to board no later than four (4) weeks prior to completion of the approved training program.
- Must obtain Ohio Board of Nursing Certificate (OCDT) not less than twelve (12) months and not later than eighteen (18) months of enrolling in the USRC OCDT program.
OREGON
- Must possess current Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHDT) certificate from Oregon Public Health Division at time of hire OR
- Must obtain Oregon dialysis technician provisional certificate within three (3) weeks of successful completion of training program and obtain Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHDT) certificate from Oregon Public Health Division within eighteen (18) months. An Oregon Provisional Certification is valid for six months and can be renewed for one additional six month period.
