Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to join its Classified Solutions team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The candidate selected for this role will be required to work on-site, full-time, at our Annapolis Junction campus; this is not a remote work opportunity. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Provide technical support for Windows servers and workstations along with associated networks.

Install, harden, and patch Windows operating systems.

Configure, deploy, and harden thick, thin, and zero client PC.

Manage Thin and Zero Client management servers.

Manage Windows Deployment Server (WDS), create and harden WDS gold images, and deploy WDS gold images to laboratory thick client PCs.

Coordinate with users, program staff, server administrators, network engineers, and customer and IT management.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

About the Role
We're seeking exceptionally talented engineers to build high-performance Windows applications that deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences. You'll play a large role on a small team pushing the boundaries of what is possible with cutting-edge development, with a particular focus on Windows-native features and user interfaces.

- Develop and optimize Windows applications at scale.

Interview Process
After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15-minute phone screening with a member of the team. If you clear that interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four steps:
- A 45-minute coding interviews focusing on AI/ML-related questions in Python.
- A 45-minute coding interviews focusing on AI/ML-related questions in Python.
- A 45-minute AI/ML system design session.
- Meet & Greet with the wider team.
Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. There will be at least one in-person interview.
Location
We work out of xAI's Palo Alto office and prefer that candidates are able to relocate to the Bay Area if necessary.
Annual Salary Range
$180,000 - $440,000 USD
