Windows team is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team. The team manages all corporate desktops, mobile devices, servers, and applications. The role is supporting the desktop environment of Windows 10 Windows 11, iOS, and other systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and implementing many of the following technologies:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Active Directory user account administration
- Desktop engineering, application packaging and deployment via SCCM, and OS deployment via SCCM
- Dell desktop and laptop hardware
- iOS Mobile Devices integrated with Mobile Iron or an MDM
- Microsoft Office
- Supporting desktop applications
- Supporting AV equipment and rooms
Duties are supporting the desktop environment, managing the desktop and mobile platforms, move/add/changes in Active Directory and assisting teammates and other departments in project based work. The ability to manage concurrent projects/assignments and prioritize work is needed. good customer service mentality and communication skills are required.
MIH is a highly regulated environment and attention to detail is required documenting tickets and actions. The team works closely with other infrastructure, security, and business teams and the ability to work in a team as well as handle individual tasks is required.
The position is primarily onsite in Princeton office 4 days a week with 1 day work from home per week. Occasional overnight travel to other offices is required.

The Onsite Engineering SME for OS Imaging is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of Windows workstation images. This includes the use of SCCM, MDT, Task Sequences, PXE boot, vendor driver and BIOS testing, and deployments. The Imaging SME will also work with other IT teams to ensure that Windows workstations are properly configured and maintained. The Imaging SME must have experience with the following skills:

- BIOS CONFIGURATION DELL COMMAND
- Ability to Train State Employees on How to perform the Above .
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Build Windows images to government compliance standards.
. Experience fully supporting imaging and deployment of windows machines.
• Knowledge of capturing OS images, creating TS with boot WIM, PXE, Driver updates and installation.
• Create and maintain PXE boot infrastructure for Windows workstation imaging.
• Test and deploy vendor drivers and BIOS updates for Windows workstations.
• Knowledge of image building, Task Sequencing, and troubleshooting of OSD.
• Experience in SCCM application, patch, and OS Deployment.
• Ability to gather Windows 10 Image requirements from customer: considering business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Ability to review, analyze, and recommend desktop GPOs changes.
• Ability to convert existing logon script to preferences, and standard compliance rules and settings.
• Ability to review existing Logon scripts and update to optimize logon time and or to improve performance as per the business requirements.
• Ability to create image design documentations, test use cases, develop custom scripts required to build SOE.
• Ability to review test custom scripts as per the requirements.
• Ability to detect issues with the image proactively.
• Ability to troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built.
• Ability to coordinate with Cyber SME for Image testing and sign off.
• Ability to deploy the signed off image to production deployment servers.
• Expertise on Windows 10 migration, user data migration and related technologies.
• Expertise on OneDrive and Office 365 Products.
• Managed Windows Servicing lifecycles and deployments
• Ability to manage transitions from beginning to go-live phase.
• Always ready to learn and upgrade as per the changing business environments and new technologies released by the vendors.
• Provide after-hours support on an on-call basis (7x24 support - Rotational)
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7 + years of experience in Windows workstation imaging.

. Experience with Dell Image Assist
• Experience with SCCM, MDT, and Task Sequences.
• Experience with PXE boot.
• Experience with vendor driver and BIOS testing.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bilingual (Korean/English) IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support to both office staff and retail store teams. The ideal candidate will manage IT equipment, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operations for SAP, POS systems, networking, and end-user devices . This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support for office and retail staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, POS terminals, and peripherals .
- Set up, configure, and deploy new IT equipment (PCs, monitors, scanners, registers, etc.).
- Install, update, and maintain software, OS patches, and security updates .
- Assist with SAP-related issues (user access, printing errors, basic troubleshooting).
- Diagnose and resolve POS system malfunctions (receipt printers, barcode scanners, payment terminals).
- Ensure stable wired/wireless network connectivity across locations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and keep documentation up to date.
- Support new hire onboarding & offboarding (account setup, hardware provisioning, access management).
- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets , escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and service requests.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written & spoken).
- 2+ years of IT support experience , preferably in office + retail environments .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP & POS troubleshooting (a plus, not required).
- Proficient in Windows OS, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, imaging software, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications (a plus).
- Must be available for onsite work at both office and retail locations.
