Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:  Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversations to help them find the perfect product, whether they are a novice or a connoisseur.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge:  Excellent and expanding knowledge of major wine and spirits regions, varietals, and production methods.
  • Communication Skills:  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
  • Physical Requirements:  Must be able to lift and move cases of wine (40+ lbs) regularly.
