Essential Functions

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team, which includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery. Our unit provides care for low-risk maternity patients, with an average of 15-20 births per month.

**What you can expect from this role**

+ **Schedule:** Full-time Nights (7p-7a)

+ **Professional Development** : Cross-trains to Med-Surg

+ **Patient Population** : Women and Newborns

+ **Nurse-to-Patient Ratio** : 1:2

+ **Unit Capacity** : 4 beds, including triage

+ **Additional Pay** :Differential pay

+ **Bonuses** : Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available (where applicable)

**Qualifications**

+ **Education:** Associates or Bachelors Nursing Degree

+ **Experience:** 1 year of RN experience; preferably in Women Services setting - L&D, Mother/Baby preferred

+ **Licenses/Certifications:** Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; Current BLS Certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification preferred
