Transdev in Hillburn, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representativeto act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
+ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
+ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
+ Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
+ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
+ Computer literate
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Ability to operate standard telephone system.
+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
+ The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
+ Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

Customer Service Representative | Chester, NY | $50,000k - $52,000k (DOE) | Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 4pm | Benefits: 401(k) matching 3%, Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance and Paid time off.
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite Monday – Friday who combines excellent service skills with payroll knowledge and the ambition to grow professionally. In this in-office role, you will be responsible for supporting clients as they navigate our HCM software, helping them resolve issues and ensuring they are getting the most out of our platform. After a full training period, you will take ownership of a set group of clients and be their primary point of contact. This role is ideal for someone who is solution-oriented, analytical, and eager to build long-term relationships with clients and within our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients using our payroll, timekeeping, and HR software
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
- Troubleshoot system issues and guide clients through processes within the platform
- Educate and train clients on system functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and internal projects over time
- Stay current on software updates and industry regulations impacting payroll and HR
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and/or client-facing customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on providing solutions, not just answers
- Motivated to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibility
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with payroll, payroll systems or HCM software a plus

The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order management for major accounts. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel. The role involves daily interaction with internal teams, sales representatives, supply chain, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze all customer orders at the beginning of each season before EDI application to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Receive and process orders from major accounts, entering them into SAP so the warehouse can begin fulfillment.
- Process daily dropship orders for all customers using DSCO and SPS Commerce platforms.
- Enter sales projections into the system for Supply Chain to support production and inventory planning.
- Communicate with sales representatives via email regarding order status, updates, and any issues.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to stay informed on incoming receiving’s and product availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to manage special requests and order fulfillment needs.
- Research, follow up, and dispute chargebacks where applicable, ensuring deductions are valid and reasonable.
- Support and manage the return process for all related orders.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify order discrepancies, trends, or potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
- Experience with SAP and EDI systems (DSCO, SPS Commerce) a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with sales representatives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
