Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Workday Configuration Developer - HCM to join our HRIS team. In this role. This role does not accommodate hybrid or remote work options, it is full time onsite, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance and Talent Optimization.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
- Configure security roles and permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Advise business partners on available or upcoming Workday solutions that align with functional team roadmaps
- Guide business partners through Workday's bi-annual releases by highlighting the potential risks and areas of opportunity.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- This full-time exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
- Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 / annual DOE; may be eligible for bonus
