The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Human Capital team, you streamline HR policies, practices, and processes to transform the HR organization. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain the utmost standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You support Workday Learning and other HCM modules, aligning HR strategy with business strategies and configuring Workday Learning to meet business needs.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of Workday product experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or Computer and Information Science preferred
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Learning and/or Engagement Manager certification
- Streamlining HR policies and processes
