Job Purpose:
This job is responsible for providing primarily project support specifically for the Recruiting and Talent modules within Workday but could also assist with daily production support as needed. Project support will include configuration to BP's; supporting testing by developing test plans and creating test cases; & implementation of system enhancements; creation of calculated fields and validation rules. Production support could include troubleshooting user issues and documenting workflows; ad-hoc performance of quality audits; monitoring of cases and IT tickets to support with production related issues for Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent and Performance with a focus on identifying streamlining opportunities.

Required Job Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workday Recruiting and/or Talent Administrator; to include configuring related Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, Disciplinary Action Templates, Talent Review, Talent Calibration, Career Profile etc.
• Workday Systems Administration
• Ability to Troubleshoot Issues independently
• Thorough documentation
• Rapid development of proof of concepts
• Ability to multitask on competing priorities
• Clear and articulate communications
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical documentation
• End-to-end experience implementing Workday functionality and modules; i.e. planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, etc.

• Provide support with setting up projects and security roles; ensuring proper approval levels for Purchasing/Procurement
• Support for the go-live date for Payroll/human capital portion of ERP
• Creation of workflows for expense reimbursement, the purchasing process, invoice payments, etc.
• Support and consultation on how best to streamline the Workday processes into routine business functions
