This role will be responsible for supporting Workday configurations, customizations, and integrations across various modules. This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days. What You Will Do Support Workday modules including configurations, security, business processes, condition rules and notifications to HCM Core, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent Management and Payroll. Identify and investigate data quality and work with relevant teams to resolve issues and improve accuracy. Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and processes. Support the development and delivery of end-user training and guides to ensure proper system utilization. (i.e. Tip Sheets, Just-In-Time Videos, Webinars). Provide Tier-2 support for Workday support tickets. This involves triaging issues that are identified as technical issues. Develops and performs mass data uploads into Workday utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs). Leverage Workday reporting, analytics and other People tools to provide insights for business partners to drive data-informed decisions related to organizational health, diversity, performance, and other key HR metrics. Support bi-annual Workday releases by tracking new features, assessing impacts, and presenting relevant updates to business teams. Lead testing efforts to ensure quality delivery of enhancements. Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with the Workday HCM system is required. Working knowledge of Human Resource programs, policies and procedures. Ability to solve problems in a structured way, applying principles of systems thinking. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information. Skilled in using Google Suite, Excel and Powerpoint. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday and related solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure our Workday platform and related HCM solutions meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday and other HCM solutions' cross-functional complexities, security, configurations, and best practices, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a strategic advisor to our People & Culture, IT, and Finance leaders, translating complex business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions leveraging Workday and other related technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to define problem statements, assess business impact, and ensure alignment between technology investments and business priorities.
- Solution Design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to: gather requirements; analyze workflows and data needs; identify opportunities for people, process, and technology improvements; and, prioritize and refine requested improvements.
- Evaluate and shape new project and product requests for strategic fit, technical feasibility, and alignment with enterprise system architecture.
- Provide architectural leadership on build vs. buy decisions, managing technical debt, scalability, and performance trade-offs.

- System Configuration & Process Optimization

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of Workday HRIS experience, specialized in HCM and reporting in a technical capacity.
- 5 years of experience with Workday configuration and implementation, including building integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, and web services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM, LMS, and Security Management plus more than one of the following modules: Payroll, Talent Management, Financial Management, etc.
- Experience as a solution architect, or equivalent, on at least one full life-cycle implementation of Workday HCM.
- Certifications in Workday HCM and Workday Integration.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst with a specialized skillset in Workday to join our Human Resources team. As a Sr. Workday Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our Workday modules by ensuring data integrity and providing HR technology solutions to improve business processes.
