This position will be responsible for the analysis of the key factors driving staffing and labor costs. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this function. The analyst makes decisions based upon the data collected, and reports the impact of such decisions. Needs to be proactive in determining long and short term staffing needs and the allocation of those resources to achieve business service levels. The analyst is also responsible for ensuring process and system integration across the wide range of Pro Sales functional activities and preserving confidentiality of sensitive associate and business data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Creates, updates and maintains databases to ensure inventory and ordering levels. This is accomplished by analyzing past trends, forecasting future volumes, and creating a plan to allocate resources to maintain business service levels.
+ Anaylze and determine best time to conduct off-line activities while maintaining service/productions levels.
+ Documents and recommends improvements of workforce management processes.
+ Generate and release associate schedules and participates in the creation and implementation of new scheduling strategies
+ Designs schedules for the shift bidding or mini bid process, ensuring the schedules match the arrival of calls or non phone work queues. Update associate preferences in NICE WFM to ensure schedules are generated.
+ Provides detailed analysis and recommendations for staffing levels during special events, such as holidays
+ Develops skilling strategies to meet the call arrival patterns and creates minimal variance in associate occupancy (workload) rates
**Direct Manager/Direct Reports:**
+ Typically reports to Workforce Manager
+ Responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance
**Travel Requirements:**
+ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Summary:
The Workforce Planning Analyst (WPA) performs essential duties relevant to billing, payroll, accounting, and other fiscal/operational functions. Working within the Finance Department, the WPA is an essential role of the team as many of the daily tasks are confined to strict timelines and requirements. Billing and payroll due dates are specific to each month and pay periods within each month, so the role requires extreme levels of consistency and reliability. Role may include some general office tasks (filing, reporting, etc.) throughout the course of each month, along with monitoring schedules, employee callouts and other various matters directly correlated to fiscal matters. Occasional travel may be required as a part of this role, as needed, while performing duties in a hybrid setting for most of the portion of the role.
Duties Include:
- Receiving and scheduling replacement for employee callouts that come in during assigned schedule.
- Report & track attendance patterns to appropriate manager and for reporting purposes.
- Track overtime patterns for reporting purposes
- Reconciliation and confirmation of active client rosters for each program billed monthly.
- Tracking daily time punches from employees and reconciling with payroll/billing systems daily.
- Monitoring and audit schedule overlaps, and other notable items that impact on fiscal and operational performance daily.
- Contacting employees/managers to ensure accuracy of data entered into electronic health records systems (QSP, etc.).
- Filing/Recordkeeping of company financials/documents.
- May be assigned tracking of Company’s Daily Fiscal Performance
Skills/Experience:
- Basic software applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, quality assurance, and/or relatable setting (processing, reporting, etc.).
- Ability to travel occasionally to other office locations, and/or assigned work assignments.
- Excellent writing skills (job requires extensive electronic communication with internal/external parties).
Educational Requirements and Preferences:
- Medical Biller Certificate or equivalent will be considered for additional compensation.

Mission Control plays a critical role in driving business success by efficiently integrating financial plans, business priorities, and workforce strategies into operational plans. As trusted partners, Mission Control is committed to seamlessly executing Meta's workforce plans in alignment with the strategies defined by our stakeholders, policy-makers, and executive leadership. The Analytics team collaborates with a variety of XFN partners to develop a data driven strategy to supplement and report on the operational plans. We're looking for an advanced Workforce Analyst to join our Mission Control team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the analytics strategy for workforce management at Meta and driving action from data with business partners.
**Required Skills:**
Workforce Analyst, Mission Control Analytics Responsibilities:
1. Develop and drive the strategy for how Mission Control Analytics builds and delivers analytics and insights to our business partners.
2. Look across several analytic artifacts to develop the narrative and recommendations that drive business actions from executive leaders.
3. Develop relationships with executive leaders in order to understand their businesses and to build the trust for them to implement action from analytics.
4. Mentor and help develop co-team members on how to build executive presence, derive recommendations from data, and drive action through influencing.
5. Leverage design skills to build and maintain complete suite of user-oriented dashboards and meaningful, actionable data visualizations to meet workforce needs of the business
6. Work with data infrastructure, tooling and process teams to triage data-quality issues and drive long term improvement
7. Approach and execute ad-hoc data requests creatively, identifying root cause needs and determine when discrete needs should be regular reports or dashboards
8. Operationalize data migrations across all dashboards and reports, ensuring continuity of service and data alignment across resources
9. Deploy Better Analytics Engineering principles to maintain team and partner alignment
10. Perform detailed analyses to answer questions and deliver insights on the root causes of issues and make recommendations on how to best monitor and meet them
11. Present all data and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience
12. Demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data
