Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution and ongoing refinement of the 1LMX SWP process & technical capability. This includes facilitating the business through the annual process, collection & digitization of data, advanced long-term forecasting, in-depth talent gap analysis, comprehensive scenario modeling, and strategic workforce & role segmentation to ensure proactive alignment with evolving business goals, market trends, and technological advancements. Serve as the central facilitator for SWP across all Business Areas & Functions, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to talent strategy across the entire organization. This includes leading cross-functional committees and steering groups.
- Systems Integration for Workforce Strategy: Design, implement, and manage the integration of various HR, talent management, and business/operational systems to create a seamless, data-driven ecosystem that robustly supports SWP. This involves optimizing workforce planning software, complex system-of-systems, and process-of-processes to enhance planning capabilities.
Data Analytics & Competitive Intelligence for Planning: Utilize advanced data analytics and competitive intelligence to support the business in identifying emerging workforce trends, assess future talent supply and demand dynamics, and provide actionable, forward-looking insights crucial for strategic workforce decision-making.
- Workforce Process Enhancement: Continuously identify, design, and implement improvements to SWP processes, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and agility.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation: Act as a key liaison and strategic advisor between GBDS, HR, IT, Business Areas, functional & executive leadership, & key stakeholders; expertly facilitating discussions to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive successful outcomes for strategic workforce initiatives. Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers to adopt new strategic workforce plans, systems, and processes, effectively managing change acceptance and fostering a culture of proactive, data-driven talent management.
- Talent Pipeline & Development Alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional & HR COEs on strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring a robust and agile talent pipeline is established and maintained to meet identified future organizational needs and strategic objectives.
- Lead Strategic Workforce Analytics & Reporting, Capability Building & Adoption, & Strategic Initiative Integration supporting the HRLT, People Strategy, Functional/Exec Councils & 21CS ESGs/IPTs.
- Vendor management to implement cutting-edge system solutions & workforce intelligence tools that enhance SWP capabilities.
- Design & deliver training/guidance to all process participants to enhance their understanding & capability
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Program/Project Mgmt including iterative backlog prioritization
- Stakeholder management: Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve seamless data and process flows. Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.

requirements.
