We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to play a critical role in workforce modeling, analytics, and strategic planning. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate workforce data, generating insights to support business decisions, and delivering sensitive employee communications when workforce changes occur. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of analytical skills and employee relations expertise, with the ability to communicate difficult news with professionalism and empathy. We are looking for someone that is okay with domestic travel. It would require traveling once a month at most for 3-4 days at a time.

Workforce Planning & Reporting - Maintain and regularly update workforce models with accurate data. Pull and analyze reports from the HRIS (Workday) to identify workforce trends, redundancies, and potential financial impacts. Schedule and lead monthly meetings with Site Directors and local HR teams to review insights and provide actionable recommendations.
Employee Relations Communication - Collaborate with Legal to prepare documentation and materials for employees.
Project Coordination & Strategic Support - Support workforce planning initiatives and special projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed. Provide data-driven recommendations on workforce optimization and cost implications.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related HR/employee relations role. Strong understanding of workforce implications, redundancies, and financial impact of workforce decisions. Proficient in Excel (basic to intermediate; pivot tables and standard formulas-macros not required). Experience pulling and interpreting data from HRIS systems (Workday preferred). Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee communications with empathy and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights. **Your Impact**
+ Support executive leaders and their teams with workforce planning for their organizations, translating business requirements into workforce strategies
+ Facilitate the annual headcount planning process and evaluate ad hoc requests for new headcount
+ Identify new types of roles that will enable teams to achieve shifting business requirements
+ Discover the drivers of work and develop models that describe how teams should scale as business requirements expand
+ Develop and launch evidence-based workforce strategies to increase workforce efficiency, remove hiring roadblock or solve other business challenges
+ Enable leaders to understand and manage their workforce resources by developing and delivering reports and insights

**Your Experience**
+ 8+ years of professional experience in a workforce strategy role, including headcount planning and developing evidence-based strategies to improve business results with workforce levers
+ 5+ years of experience consulting with executive leaders on workforce strategies
+ Experience collecting, interpreting, and reporting on data to make business recommendations for leaders in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships

**Compensation Disclosure**
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. **Primary Purpose**
The Director, Workforce Planning is responsible for designing and implementing scalable labor planning strategies to ensure that front-line operations teams are staffed appropriately to meet customer demand and business goals. This role oversees the development and execution of workforce forecasting, capacity modeling, and resource deployment strategies across a national operations network. It ensures alignment between labor supply and service demand while supporting process improvement, data accuracy, and field execution. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, IT, and other departments, this role ensures that workforce strategies are embedded into broader business plans and that tools and systems are effectively supporting execution in the field.

solutions.
- Assist in field adoption of workforce tools and provide analytical support for labor-related initiatives and
