Full-time
Resource is a boutique commercial real estate and workplace consulting firm that helps high-growth companies unlock potential through their physical spaces. Founded in 2023, we’re building a new kind of workplace consultancy born in the AI Era, where you’ll have a real voice in shaping how the firm grows. It’s a ground-floor opportunity: you’ll work directly with founders, partner with C-Suite clients, and build solutions that redefine how companies use their space.
We work with startups, scale-ups, and enterprises like Logitech, Grindr, Flexport, and One Medical to deliver thoughtful strategies and hands-on execution.
We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Workplace Operations & Projects to lead client office initiatives end-to-end, from openings and relocations to redesigns and workplace playbooks. You’ll manage vendors, partner with executives and founders, and ensure projects are delivered with both strategic insight and operational excellence.
This role is scoped at the Senior Manager level, with a clear path to Director. Experience in Workplace Operations at a scaling tech company is strongly preferred, as that perspective sets our consulting apart.
If you’re a builder, problem-solver, and client-focused operator ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to use throughout client projects
- Lead office openings, relocations, and buildouts end-to-end
- Oversee construction projects, vendor management, and budgets
- Drive space planning exercises, aligning headcount forecasts with workplace supply
- Design and implement workplace standards for clients; with long-term maintenance in mind (meeting room setups, AV, furniture, employee experience)
- Represent Resource in client meetings, tours, and executive discussions
- Translate client business needs into actionable workplace and real estate solutions
- Provide operational insight during real estate transactions and site evaluations
- Serve as project and operations lead for key accounts
