**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Analyst, you will assist with the programming of future work environments for small to large-sized clients.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop a strategic framework for research processes and report-outs with management oversight
+ Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming future office spaces.
+ Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data from various platforms.
+ Work cross-functionally with various internal and external subject matter experts to detail the consequences of new workplace and workspace recommendations.
+ Construct and act on a range of communication plans for client project work and internal team initiatives.
+ Guide internal and external working groups for feedback and evaluation.
+ Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards.
+ Have some knowledge of standard design and hospitality principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.
