The DTC Pricing & Yield Management team is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the team. Be a part of a talented and highly visible team of professionals with backgrounds in consulting, investment banking, operational planning, and strategic finance who serve as in-house monetization advisors to the DTC executive leadership team. This relatively new team's accomplishments have already made an immediate impact on the Direct to Consumer business in driving structural decisions around pricing strategy and promotion optimization. Pricing & Yield Management sits within the broader DTC Subscriber Growth & Monetization organization in charge of subscriber, engagement, and revenue planning.
**What You Will Do**
Reporting to the Director, DTC Pricing and Yield Management, the Senior Analyst will provide analytical and business modeling support to drive and optimize our global promotions and offers strategy for Disney+, Hulu, and the Disney Bundle portfolio. Illustrative examples include ideating, evaluating, and tracking subscriber acquisition, win-back, and engagement initiatives, and analyzing proprietary pricing and promotions research to inform growth and monetization opportunities.
Given the dynamic scope of Pricing & Yield Management, projects will often be complex, fluid, and involve multiple stakeholders. Success in this role requires robust analytical skills with an interest in leveraging data to solve problems, and presentation skills appropriate for executive discussions. The Senior Analyst will be expected to work independently on projects and adeptly manage expectations of peers and cross-functional partners across Subscriber Growth, Business Operations, Product, Data & Analytics, and regional teams.
**Responsibilities**
This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of the B2C subscription model, and more specifically SVOD streaming business models, and their positioning within the larger entertainment landscape. The right candidate will benefit from prior experience in pricing, promotion and portfolio optimization work. Responsibilities include:
+ Support in the development of DTC-wide promotions and offers which align to the subscription consumer lifecycle
+ Create business cases and accompanying financial models to support the implementation of acquisition, winback, upsell, and/or retention offers to solve for a specific business need
+ Partner with in-house and external Research/Insights groups to translate customer survey data into customer reaction scenarios in the context of promotional options
+ Create and collaborate on robust monitoring analytics to track promotions impact, across various subscriber metrics such as acquisition or conversion, and provide recommendations on how learnings can be incorporated into future business decisions

+ Impeccable Excel skills with experience navigating large data sets, building financial/subscription models, and tackling broader analytical analyses

**SUMMARY**
Performs timely and accurate cycle counts of inventory, completes correct inventory adjustments and performs inventory control activities for the purpose of maintaining accuracy at the item and location level. Performs all duties safely, accurately and meets set productivity goals.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform quarterly cycle counting of inventory to ensure accuracy of perpetual inventory including product information (lot tracking and date integrity), product condition (damage/spoilage), stock location (mis-picks), proper location and pick slotting and any other inventory status specification.
+ Make accurate cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as required to provide correct information for planning and evaluation activities.
+ Communicate detailed information for any potential loss of inventory (expiration, temp issues, etc.) to Manager, Inventory Control or Director, Warehouse Operations to ensure timely action on volatile inventory.
+ Correct any product found in the incorrect storage location during cycle counts, complete a Quality Incident Packet indicating the associate who mis-located the product and provide to operations for associate follow up.
+ Research Lost Pallet Report and identify reason and validity of loss through a physical search of the warehouse. Determine required inventory adjustment and input data into WMS to provide accurate information for planning and evaluation activities. Complete a thorough review of product activity in WMS, RDC SUS, the opco incident database, and the regional adjustments database to ensure accuracy of the net position.
+ Retrieve, research and put away stray product.
+ Pull, process, load and complete outbound returns, donations, recalls, salvages and any other outbound product shipments as required.
+ Research catch weights on questionable receiving identified by the Administration Department, report data to the Administration staff to provide accurate information.
+ Review Overage, Shortage and Damage Forms (OS&D Form) completed by receivers for completeness and accuracy. Approve OS&D Forms after verification of information for accuracy and completeness.
+ Retrieve shelf life, product lot, product expiration data listed on the Short Shelf Life Report and the Received with Less Than Required Shelf Life Report and communicates to as appropriate.
+ Work effectively with immediate supervisor and operations to minimize warehouse shrink (product loss).
+ Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of assigned work area.
+ Report any safety issues to supervisor.
+ Observe and enforce all safety rules to eliminate accidents and injuries.

**Job Summary:** **The Inventory Control Analyst will be an essential position to execute all inventory control functions including: running daily reports, tracking inventory, research discrepancies, maintaining inventory levels, month end reconciliation, yearly physical inventory, cycle count reporting, and driving continual improvements. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a high level of analytical and problem solving skills as it relates to inventory accuracy and the impact on the overall business.**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Review and analyze daily and weekly inventory adjustments and changes.
+ Support the preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly reporting of inventory control results and activities from the warehouse management system (WMS).
+ Analyze and report on metrics and recommend ways to improve the inventory control function.
+ Develop, maintain and evaluate queries and reports from the WMS to support inventory control activity analysis and reporting.
+ Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity.
+ Analyze existing business processes and logic that impact inventory throughout the company through personal observation and user interaction.
+ Develop new applications and tools as well as ad hoc and refreshable reports to help with root cause analysis or to streamline related processes.
+ Perform data analysis and audits of operation processes, inventory movement analysis and other procedures.
+ Develop deep understanding of WMS features and functionality to facilitate analysis, interface with users from other departments and IT and resolve issues.
+ Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
+ Must be flexible with start and end times that are communicated in advance that support Inventory Control best practices for large Distribution Centers. This involves overtime as needed and Special Projects.
+ May require evening shift.
+ Meet performance expectations with limited supervision in accordance of standard work and in line with the unique dynamic of the IC department.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Prior experience in Inventory Control, Quality, or Audit Service.

**Qualifications:**
