Culpeper Baptist is a historic, community-centered church that prioritizes outreach and multi-generational ministry, while FCA is a regional faith-based organization committed to engaging coaches and athletes through sports and spiritual development. Both organizations have identified a gap in youth engagement, particularly among public school students, and are working together to launch this new, full-time role that bridges church-based ministry and para-church outreach. This innovative partnership reflects a deep commitment to meeting the evolving spiritual and relational needs of students across Culpeper County.

About the Ministry

This staff leader will oversee a collaborative, growing ministry that connects Culpeper Baptist Church and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) to students in grades 6–12 across Culpeper County. The ministry is primed for growth and innovation, with strong community partnerships, access to local schools, and a strategic downtown location near student gathering spaces. Culpeper County has two high schools and two middle schools, serving a total of 5,500 students—representing a tremendous opportunity for outreach.
