BASIC REQUIREMENT OR INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
1. Degree: that included or was supplemented by major study in education or in a subject-matter field appropriate to the position.
OR
2. Combination of education and experience -- courses equivalent to a major in education, or in a subject-matter field appropriate to the position, plus appropriate experience or additional course work that provided knowledge comparable to that normally acquired through the successful completion of the 4-year course of study described in A above.
To qualify for a GS-07: Completion of 1 academic year of graduate level education, bachelor's degree with Superior academic Achievement as provided in the "General Policies and Instructions" for Qualifications Standards Operating Manual, or 5 academic years of pre-professional study, or 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-5.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-GS-5, or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience, which provided knowledge to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower qualifying pay band or equivalent grade under the General Schedule (GS) or other pay systems. Overview
As part of CIEF, this position requires a dynamic, highly motivated, and energetic individual. This position reports to the CIEF Director of National Youth Programs and assists with all regional high school outreach programs. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas with 1-2 days a week in the office or at events/in-person meetings.

- Prepare invoices, reports, letters, mailings, name tags, and other documents.
- Assist the programs department with basic fundraising and sponsorship benefit management.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for internal and external use.
- Website management and organize program deliverables.
- Assist with social media and newsletter publications through storytelling.
- Other duties as requested.
This is a full-time, hybrid position (1-2 days a week in the office or at events/in-person meetings) based in Dallas, Texas with supplemental benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401k savings program. Provide behavioral health counseling services.

Take full responsibility for the performance management of the teams to ensure that quality and deadlines are achieved and maintained and that any issues are managed in line with RiseBoro policies, procedures and guidelines. Coordinate training programs for new staff and identify training needs for current staff.
