Zappos is looking for a creative, innovative, organized and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to lead the scheduling, management and reporting of organic social media content. This position will work in partnership with brand marketing and the creative team collaborators to oversee the curation of social first content across Zappos's owned social channels. Key job responsibilities

Surface learnings on content performance, as well as sentiment via Community Management as the "Voice of the Customer on Social" to iterate on content and social message lead by customer obsession.

• Own community management schedule and process to actively engage with our customer on social, and to build an active Zappos community on social platforms. Partner with CX team to manage customer inquiries via social. Weekend coverage required.

• Own all aspects of each social post, including copy, product availability and links, and creative.

• Own scheduling and posting of content across all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) including nights and weekends.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Description
Zappos is seeking an experienced Buyer to join our Merchandising team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brands through the ordering of new products and analyzing/managing stock levels. You are the business owner for the brands in your category and will engage directly with internal partners to effectively optimize assortments and execute department wide initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify trends by conducting thorough research and a customer mindset.
- Partner with suppliers in order to have a consistent in stock rate of key items at the right time for customer demand
- Understands the input levers to drive improved customer experience for assigned category
- Integrates key metrics with broader business metrics to deliver optimal customer experience
- Understands organizational structure and company priorities. Champions ideas across the team and is seen as a resource and expert within areas of responsibility.
- Takes a forward-thinking, holistic, and data driven approach to maximize profitability; over communicates with stakeholders on strategies.
- Understands how to gather and analyze internal and competitor merchandise data --Possesses knowledge of ABC categorization and analysis
- Understands the needs and wants of the different consumer demographics, product segmentation, key selling weeks, and seasonal demand.

In this role the ideal candidate will be a forward thinker, always anticipating possible future product offerings by conducting thorough research about what customers are looking for next and the fashion trends that are coming up.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in Buying, Planning or other related Merchandising roles.
- 3+ years Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
