The Senior QA tester role is a critical function within the QA team. Reporting directly to the QA Lead/QA Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the external Deployment Project Manager, Producer, Product Manager, external Dev team, and the engineering teams to ensure best in class test coverage for Scopely projects. You’re a master of communication and bug finding wizard - able to both help coordinate a legion of testers with delegated tasks as well as roll up your own sleeves to take on the solo mission of assisting our cross-functional teams as an autonomous, expert QA specialist.

You will be responsible for many facets of the QA process, from authoring test cases to creating and executing test scripts for new features. During the design phase of new product features, you will also be expected to provide insight as to potential edge case issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
• Software Testing including Functional, Exploratory, Usability, Compatibility, Usability and Regression testing.
• Familiarize yourself with the goals and testing strategy of every project you work on and identify any problems that could impact testing before the project commences.
• Use established and innovative methods to identify high value defects, minimizing the number of invalid and duplicate defects found.
• Create concise bug reports, including root cause analysis.
• Execute test cases accurately and efficiently.
• Managing your workload as assigned by the QA Lead and supporting other team members with their workload as required.
• Communicate quality risks and dependencies in a timely manner to ensure that they have visibility and are addressed.
• Share your insights as to the playability of a title.
• Propose solutions to improve the team’s way of working.
• Maintain test cases to improve test case execution efficiency and test coverage.
• Support the onboarding of new testers.
• Coach and mentor less experienced testers to increase the teams overall testing capabilities and expertise.
• Passion for games of all genres and all platforms (mobile, PC and console).

• Effective workload management and has the capability to quickly adapt to changing project priorities.

Qualifications
• 3+ years proven experience in software QA, including hands-on experience developing and executing UAT cycles and working with various test platforms.

As a public cloud infrastructure engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our public cloud strategy. You will be part of a team that continues to deliver big! From establishing a cloud-based High-Performance Compute (HPC) platform for complex risk calculations, enabling Citi to leverage GenAI at scale, to facilitating innovative payments solutions, this team is at the forefront of technological advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Engineering Excellence: Apply engineering best practices and industry standards, utilizing modern tooling to enable CI/CD and emphasizing automation, auditability, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and policy as code.
  • Hands-on Design and Build: Develop tooling and capabilities required to enable our cloud-first strategy, contributing directly to the design and implementation.
  • Innovation and Automation: Contribute creative solutions to address infrastructure challenges, fostering a product-focused mindset within the team.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with Citi's technology teams to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Compliance: Adhere to applicable standards, policies, and regulations, consistently assessing risk to protect Citi's reputation, clients, and assets.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and enhancing the team's overall capabilities.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience, architecting & managing solution in AWS or GCP
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and using automation pipelines to provision, test and manage resources.
  • Proficiency with container orchestration and deployment tools
  • Linux administration skills, knowledge of security hardening best practices
  • Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD/Flux, Harness
  • Competence in Python or Java; Go is a plus
  • Passion for automation, clean code/DRY, and solving complex problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have skills
  • Proficient in building well architected cloud solutions in GCP, AWS
  • Contributed to building automated test frameworks, such as Terratest or BDD-style frameworks.
  • Experience with virtualized compute
  • Experience building, testing & releasing custom machine images for AWS or GCP at scale, with tools such as EC2 Image Builder, Packer.
  • Experience in designing and implementing event driven architecture with serverless compute such as Google Cloud Functions and AWS Lambda.
  • Exposure to advanced container orchestration concepts (GitsOps with Argo, Helm, storage level considerations, node provisioning and life cycle management)
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $125,760.00 - $188,640.00

Overview

State Street Investment Management – Client Administration – Shareholder Services

As a Co-Op on the Client Support Team, you will support ad-hoc projects related to improving day-to-day processes with a focus on risk excellence. As our processes become more efficient, we can respond more quickly to client needs and provide better services internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Complete requested tasks from team members and management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with members of the Client Support Team to understand our team’s role in the larger picture of IM as an Asset Manager.
  • Attend IM-sponsored events to learn about the evolving financial services landscape and build your professional network across the firm.
  • Based on progression as a member of the team, assist in the day-to-day processing of client instructed transactions.
Required Skills or Certifications
  • Moderate to Advanced MS Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis) preferred.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn about SSIM's role as an Asset Manager in Financial Services.
  • Team player who listens well, asks questions to confirm understanding, and is proactive in helping out when needed.
  • Ability to focus in a high-risk and high-volume environment; maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Education

Currently pursuing Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
