We are looking for an engaging and experienced Bartender to provide attentive and friendly service to our bar patrons. You must have extensive knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and liquor, and know how to mix a variety of specialty beverages. We expect our bartenders to engage with our customers while always being aware of how much people are drinking and looking for signs that someone has had too much to drink. You will also be responsible for balancing the cash register, taking inventory of stock, and replenishing or ordering more when necessary.

Bartender Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested
  • Mix drinks using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
  • Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
  • Monitor all patrons for alcohol intake to appropriate levels
  • Assist in ensuring patrons have a safe ride home, calling a taxi or Uber when appropriate
  • Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
  • Keep bar area clean, safe and organized
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
  • Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
  • Place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
  • Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks
Bartender Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working as a bartender
  • Must be able to lift 20-pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Mobile Equipment Mechanic

ABOUT THE ROLE


This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the mobile equipment fleet in a state of readiness. Performs the appropriate vehicle/mobile equipment inspections and preventative maintenance. WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH


  • Tests mechanical products and equipment to ensure proper performance, and compliance with manufacturers specifications

  • Repairs and replaces damaged, worn parts

  • Operates and inspects heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects

  • Diagnoses faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices

  • Dismantles and reassembles heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools

  • Cleans, lubricates and performs routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles

  • Examines parts for damage and excessive wear, using micrometers or gauges

  • Schedules maintenance for industrial machines and equipment, and keeps equipment service records

  • Reads and interprets manuals, blueprints and technical drawings

  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems

  • Stays abreast of new technology and methodology through on-the-job training and technical schools

  • Adheres to all safety protocol to include confined space entry, lock-out-tag-out, working at heights, wearing appropriate safety glasses, gloves and other personal protective equipment, as well as all OSHA, MSHA requirement

Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE


The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the safe completion of quality repair and maintenance activities at Amrizes Morrison Quarry in Morrison, CO. This position will interact with all plant personnel to achieve the highest levels of safety, production, efficiency, and housekeeping while meeting goals outlined in the business and profit plans.

WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH


  • Overall, you will be responsible for the planning and staffing of a maintenance crew for a 2M tpy granite quarry.

  • Assist Production Management in the scheduling and timing of repairs to all fixed and mobile aggregates equipment on the site, utilizing and prioritizing the Maintenance Backlog/work order system

  • Promotion of and participation in the plant safety program

  • Follow the rules and regulations defined by the company as well as federal, county & local government.

  • Routine inspections of all assigned plant equipment.

  • Comfortable, at a hands-on level, with welding techniques and practices for aggregates processing equipment

  • Tracking, analysis, and recommendation for equipment performance, cost, and life.

  • Providing direction to the maintenance and purchasing groups regarding technical purchases and equipment selection.

  • Ensuring inventory and source of spare parts are consistent with plant equipment reliability and economic constraints.

  • Ensure implementation of equipment modification and maintenance projects with respect to costs and schedule.

  • Development of long term equipment maintenance strategies.

  • Coach/mentor plant employees.

  • Follow up on completed work to ensure equipment operability and housekeeping excellence

  • Deal with and find resolution to conflicts or problems in the maintenance department.

  • The Supervisor will give constructive feedback and coaching as required to maintain a high degree of professionalism within the group.

  • Directing of contractors in all areas of plant maintenance as required.

  • Preparing and presenting information on upgrades and updates with operations group.




WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR


  • BS Degree in Mining, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field experience a plus

  • 3 years supervisory or related experience.

  • Experience in aggregates operations with an understanding of aggregates processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment preferred

  • 3 - 5 years of aggregates maintenance experience

  • Required Computer and Software Skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Office,

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal

  • Knowledgeable in all MSHA regulations

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Well organized, ability to prioritize and evaluate.

  • Must work well under pressure
