We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least to join our team. Whether your background is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role provides an opportunity to practice modern, high-quality medicine without the constraints of a traditional practice setting. While most of our services are fully virtual, in-person hybrid opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities:

How you make a difference

The EHR Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and working closely with the EHR team to ensure a smooth implementation process. The specialist will also oversee auditing of go-lives and ensure any issues are escalated to on-site admin and the EHR Implementation Manager for resolution.

• Identify and assess training needs, perform clinical discovery, and design and implement an overall training plan.
• Provide support during go-lives, troubleshoot user complaints, and escalate cases that cannot be resolved internally to the support team or EHR Implementation Manager.
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation team to help desk post go-live, and assist in arranging training rooms and equipment delivery.
• Assist EHR Implementation Manager in coordinating on-site operations assistance and maintain communication updates prior to and during go-live.
• Join all calls pertaining to training and go-live, attend weekly 1:1s with EHR Implementation Manager, and send rosters and daily updates during training days.

Hourly Wage: 23 - 36 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from 0.35 to 3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
