4. Desarrollar procedimientos y métodos operacionales según sea requerido.
5. Utilizar instrumentos de precisión y medición para verificar las piezas y sus componentes.
6. Notificar, al supervisor inmediato, cualquier desviación o anormalidad detectada vs. los estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.
7. Mantener actualizado los archivos de inspección siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
8. Asegurar la conformidad de los instrumentos de medición y pruebas siguiendo los parámetros del Programa de Calibración.
9. Participar y documentar los resultados de las auditorías del producto terminado y/o procesos siguiendo los formatos establecidos por la empresa.
10. Auditar el cumplimiento del Programa de torques en las líneas de producción, si aplica.

11. Realizar las trasacciones relacionadas a inventario siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
12. Realizar inspecciones visuales o dimensionales en la línea de producción asegurando su funcionamiento óptimo.
13. Referir al supervisor inmediato o personal designado cualquier anormalidad en el producto o proceso.
14. Mantener las areas de trabajo limpias y notificar condiciones inseguras que puedan afectar la seguridad de los empleados.
15. Velar por la seguridad en el area de trabajo y asegurar un cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos establecidos.
16. Ejecutar auditorías de Layered Process Audit (LPA) y reportar hallazgos.
17. Participar en las reuniones de Tier I, según sea requerido.
