This position will be paid through Rifle Works temporary agency for the probationary period of 3 to 9 months.
This position will work week days 10/hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and will be expected to work weekend shifts as back fill.
BASIC FUNCTION
To ensure quality customer service by efficiently operating the shipping and receiving department.
Responsibilities:
· Cooperate with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) manager to implement all regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.
· Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing trucks on multiple docks while working closely with drivers, and warehouse personnel.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
· Complete appropriate paperwork for deliveries and submit to management each day.
· Complete customer documentation accurately and completely.
· Ensure drivers sign in, acknowledges procedures, and verify information provided
· Prepare shipments to include boxing materials, labeling with appropriate shipping information, and completing relevant paperwork.
· Verify quantities of deliveries and merchandise lot numbers by comparing merchandise to packing slips.
· Visually inspect deliveries for damage and notify management of discrepancies.
· Communicate delivery/shipment problems to customer service and management promptly.
· Visually inspect outbound trailers for debris, odors, and general cleanliness.
· Comply with company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations.
· Always maintain a neat and orderly work area.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/TRAINING
Degree: High School diploma or GED and any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid Colorado driver's license.
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience working with the public in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Knowledge of:
- Basic understanding of systems, operations, packaging and other facilities operations.
- Basic Record keeping, report preparation, filing methods and records management techniques.
- General office procedures, policies and practices, as well as basic knowledge of computer and other general office equipment.

- Basic understanding of warehouse facility operations.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Using a PC with basic level proficiency in document/file management, word processing, database management, email usage, and Internet browsers.
- Correct English usage, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary. Communicating clearly and effectively in English, orally and in writing.

- Confirm the patient’s identity, verify any contraindications (e.g., allergies to contrast agents), and ensure proper documentation is completed.
 
-  Conducting Ultrasound Scans : - Position patients properly on the examination table to capture clear, high-quality images.
- Apply a conductive gel to the patient’s skin to facilitate the transmission of sound waves, ensuring the patient is comfortable during the process.
- Operate ultrasound equipment, adjusting settings such as depth, focus, and frequency to capture optimal images of organs, tissues, or blood flow.
- Use a hand-held ultrasound transducer (probe) to move over the patient’s body and capture images or videos of the target area.
- Obtain diagnostic-quality images and videos of organs, blood vessels, muscles, or fetuses (if performing obstetric ultrasounds).
