**Job Functions:**
+ This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
+ Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
+ Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
+ Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
+ Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
+ Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

**Position Purpose:**
Under direction, perform all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all equipment throughout the plant.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm
**Key Job Activities:**
1. Performs diagnostic evaluations on equipment and makes necessary repairs. Ensures that repairs are performed properly in the shortest amount of time possible to maintain the highest level of operational readiness.
2. Performs preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance daily on a variety of machinery within the plant. This machinery includes: Fire tube boiler and ancillary equipment, steam delivery systems, water softeners and other water treatment equipment, air handling equipment, commercial washers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and conveyor systems. Incinerator process equipment/systems maintenance, including burners, CEMs, high temperature refractory, controls, PLC, combustion air blowers, pressure controls and conveyance systems. Steam turbine and electrical generator systems. Air pollution control devices, including baghouses, evaporative coolers, acid absorbers, and carbon beds. General air pneumatics, including air compressors, regulators, solenoid valves, 2-way and 3-way valves, tubing installation, pneumatic pumps and related systems.
3. Performs light electrical maintenance on all plant equipment to include 480V/240V/120V/24V power systems. PLC and light robotics troubleshooting and maintenance experience helpful.
4. Performs any general work or other assignments necessary to ensure a safe, clean, healthy and efficient facility and vigorously supports Stericycle's commitment to Safety.
5. Documents results through completed work orders based on schedule and priority or as required.
6. Performs other related duties as required or requested.
**Experience (North America & LATAM):**
1. Education equivalent to an Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school, or the equivalent in related work experience.
2. Valid Driver's license class D or above.
3. Three or more years of related experience and/or training, demonstrating the ability to identify and perform repairs that are needed and to assure scheduled production run.
4. Must have experience with the use of forklifts, man-lifts, and various rigging equipment in the performance of maintenance activities.
5. Possession of a boiler, welding, or electrical certification or license is helpful.
6. Must have experience with the performance of lockout/tag out and permit confined space programs related to maintenance activities.
7. Must have experience with general air pneumatics, including air compressor operation and maintenance, regulator replacement, solenoid valve replacement, 2-way and 3-way valves, tubing installation, pneumatic pumps and general system troubleshooting.
8. Demonstrates the ability to use all power tools associated with metal machining to include: power drills, chop saws, reciprocating saws, grinders and pneumatic hammers.
9. Must be able to use soldering/brazing torches and acetylene torches for cutting steel.
10. Must be able to use a welder to fuse carbon steel and perform repairs.
11. Knowledge of how to maintain a hydraulic system and the ability to read hydraulic flow diagrams are preferred.
12. The ability to weld stainless steel or higher alloys and to operate a TIG welder is a plus.

1. Responsible to follow a preventive maintenance program.
2. Perform all required duties in a timely manner as outlined in the S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedures).
3. Responsible to complete all paperwork associated to the job (turn in receipts, requests for time off, and etc.).
4. Must learn all environmental settings to keep them running as expected.
5. Finding problems on inspections and while repairing.Filling a maintenance work order and turn into Production Manager.
6. Shows accountability for maintaining TriOak Foods tools and equipment (including vehicle if provided).
7. Ensures work area is kept clean and organized at ALL times.
8. Have a phone for major emergencies.
9. Report timely to site of work.Be prepared to take lunch break at the site of work.
10. The ability to accept all other responsibilities that are assigned by immediate supervisor.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and biosecurity.
12. Must be able to effectively communicate and work together with co-workers and site managers to promote teamwork and safety.

**Working Conditions:**
+ During summer months temperatures can be over 100 degrees for entire scheduled work day.
+ During winter months temperatures can be below zero for entire scheduled work day.
+ During and after heavy rains the road in and around the farms can become extremely muddy and difficult to maneuver on.
+ During different job duties the noise inside or outside barns can become very high in decibels.Posted at every site is a sign of how many decibels different duties are and when hearing protection is mandatory.
+ Will be exposed daily to odors, dusts and gasses that may be uncomfortable or hazardous if proper procedures are not followed.
+ Will be exposed to electrical boxes and electrical machinery that are not to be entered or repaired by those who are not certified in basic electrical training and/or lock out tag out.
+ Will be exposed daily to procedures that cause contact with hazardous materials.
